Is it ok to eat chicken gallbladder?  Are there any benefits from it?  I just bought some chicken livers, and noticed something weird with one of them.  It looks just like in this picture: https://jen-elise.blogspot.com/2010/04/chicken-gallbladder-surprise.html

I'm finding the liver itself already extremely bitter, and I don't know if I can even finish it.

Did Aajonous mention anything about ticks? I saw an article about them and it reminded me. He believed that all natural bacteria, viruses, and parasites were beneficial. Curious what his thoughts were on tick & mosquitos.

Reposting this again because when I finally hit "submit" the "DNS could not be reached" error message came up.  Hope I'm not wasting my time twice!

I've been here a while but have not followed the advice completely.  Right now my major problems are serious skin disorder (wounds take a very long time to heal if at all, I also have dry, flaky patches on my face that are noticeable even with makeup), anhedonia (lack of pleasure/motivation), weight gain, and muscle weakness/fatigue.

I know the major thing I need to do to reverse this is stop eating sugar/caffeine.  A major part of my lack of motivation, I believe, is how I feel trapped in my life.  I can see myself doing the same thing forever, and nothing will ever change, and then I die.  It doesn't make me sad or cry; I'm not depressed.  But I just can't get any enjoyment out of my life as it is, and I don't have any motivation to try to "improve" myself for a life that doesn't please me.  My life is pretty much a pointless existence and my only "pleasure" lately is through consumption of goods (shopping), food (chocolate/lattes), and entertainment.  It's like an endless rewind of the same stuff over and over.  My life is "The Morning Half-Life Blues" by Marge Piercy.  I'm not really alive.

I don't know if I can do totally raw carnivore for healing for multiple reasons.  A major reason is that it's not possible socially.  I've gotten over my fears of parasites since reading some of Aajonus's ideas about how they can only be harmful in a body that doesn't eat a regenerative diet (they eat dead tissue, which is regenerated by the raw diet), and I do incorporate raw meat into my diet now.  I love raw chicken with honey and spices.  Even if I had the self-discipline to eat this way at all times, it would be extremely difficult socially.  I have to hide my raw meat eating habit now as it is because I do not live alone.  For this reason, I've thought of eating a more plant-based raw diet but still incorporating the raw meat.  I've been reading the authors Carol Alt (who eats all raw, including eggs, fish, and meat but a lot of produce) and Natalia Rose (she only eats raw produce, but cooked eggs and fish as well).  I think this would be best for me.

I don't know how to get my motivation in order to be disciplined.  Otherwise, I'm a very responsible person, and the "anhedonia" doesn't affect my work life at all - I get everything done, on time or ahead of time.  I don't know where to start because a major reason for my indulgences in these bad dietary habits (sugar/caffeine) is simply to escape from my life.  There's a major emotional component; I feel trapped.  Many times I simply drive to get physically away from where I am.  Even if I broke free, I would hardly know what to do with myself, lol.

Just sharing thoughts with, hopefully, people who can understand.

@political atheist

Thank you; I've considered that.  However, the rest will certainly fall if everyone who feels the same as me simply gives up and leaves.  There is still a fight in Pennsylvania, and we've had some victories - recently amended the state constitution to limit declared emergencies to ONLY 21 days - no ifs, ands, or buts.  This effectively removed the tyrannical power that Emperor Wolf once wielded over the whole Commonwealth.  There are many pro-medical freedom bills being put forth in the PA House and Senate.  I make calls constantly to committee members and my representatives.  Maybe it does nothing.  But maybe it will help.

Well, I've been looking for myself in order to leave the US actually.  Especially in the height of the fear-based pandemonium and the push to take away our liberties.  I've changed my mind since then, but I can try to summarize what I have learned.

It seems the basis for legal immigration in many countries is dependent on having an existing job offer from an employer in that country for a specialized field that can't be filled by a native of that country, having familial relations or being the spouse of someone already a citizen or permanent resident of that country, or being an entrepreneur with some proof/plan that your business will be successful.  Some countries allow you to immigrate there on a student visa and you may get a permanent residency if you find an employer there upon your graduation from school.  There are also the odd countries that will allow you to immigrate there based on your bloodline (Italy and Hungary will make you a citizen if you can show Italian or Hungarian ancestry, for example) or a large donation (Morocco, I believe).

In the US, there are a couple of different visas that allow you stay temporarily; it seems you are wanting to become a legal permanent resident.    You would probably have to start out with a temporary visa and go from there.  Here is a link from the US website of all the visa categories:  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/all-visa-categories.html

You may look at the H-2A visa (for temporary agricultural workers).  Then when you have this you might talk to your employer about sponsoring you (look at the section of the link where it says "Employer Sponsored - Employment" under Immigrant Visas.)

Another option is the Diversity Immigrant Visa, where people are randomly selected from.  That information is here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/diversity-visa-program-entry/diversity-visa-submit-entry1.html

Unfortunately the only business visa the US has is the B-1 visa to temporarily conduct business or attend professional meetings... https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/business.html    I was wrong in thinking that maybe we had an entrepreneurship visa, like Belgium.

If you are serious about immigrating to the US, you should talk to the closest embassy near you.  (Same if you decide on another country).  Don't rely on non-governmental websites on the internet for advice.  Here is a link to find a US Embassy near you: https://www.usembassy.gov/

I really do wish you the best of luck, and hope you are successful with your dream!

That's my kind of dream.

I think you should contact the American Embassy near you in the UK and ask about whether there is a such thing as a self-employment visa for an agricultural business.  They're the ones who could guide you and tell you the correct legal answers.

Good luck!

Health / Re: Hormone Imbalance
« on: June 20, 2021, 09:07:58 pm »
@Wolf

I sympathize; I'm kind of in the same boat as you.

My period/skin has been messed up for a while, but I was on birth control for about 17 years (for dysmenorrhea).  So, I have a different history.

Just some things to consider: I know you are focused on it being a hormonal problem, but in my case/experience, the circulatory system is also involved.  You mention heavy, painful periods.... does your menstrual blood have a lot of clotted blood in it? What color is the blood (is it always bright red, or is it a very dark almost maroon or brown color?)  Do you have varicose veins?  These are all evidence of circulatory problems.  The fibroids - I just had a thought that that is also stagnancy because the hormones that are being made by your ovaries are not being circulated throughout your system - they are being built up/stored inside your uterine fibroids.

The inability to tell which foods are affecting you is, I think, evidence of a slow/stagnant digestive system as well.

The theme here is stagnation - stagnant blood, stagnant digestion, stagnant lymph.    The fatigue you feel is also evidence of this stagnancy, and the caffeine is a crutch for you to "push" past it.

Unfortunately, I don't think getting a test from any western MD to tell you exactly which hormone is out of wack is going to be helpful.  If anything does come up, they will simply recommend birth control or progesterone for you in order to "fix" it.  They are not trained to heal people, only to "maintain care" of sick people with pharmaceuticals/surgeries.

If you have access to Aajonus's teachings, I would read up on his solutions for a sluggish circulatory/lymph system.  I don't have access or I would look it up for you myself...

Being totally cheeky here:

Go to Mexico first, then cross the border into the US illegally and claim amnesty.

Then go to California - they're getting rid of police, have "sanctuary cities" for illegal immigrants, and allow you live wherever you want for free - you're even allowed to steal from businesses up to a certain amount of $ and the theft will not be prosecuted.

If anyone gives you a problem, just say "Racism!" or "Discrimination!" and there will be some politically-motivated nonprofit or news agency to tell a bleeding heart story for you.

Our current President and party in power don't care at all about enforcing rules concerning immigration.   Meanwhile, you can take advantage of the social benefits provided by hard-working Americans with legal citizenship.

 Hey.  If you're trying to give up sugar addiction, it actually could be because of that. I am the same as you - totally addicted to sugar, going very low carb causes me to have symptoms that arent manageable (it seems to be more than just carb flu). There is a guy named Paul Jaminet who wrote a book called The Perfect Health Diet. On his website some people mentioned neurological symptoms from going very low carb, and his thought was that the brain bacteria became so habituated to the sugar that the withdraw of it caused a cerebral hypoglycemia, even while blood sugar levels were normal or high. So, maybe taper off sugar slowly and use "Neolithic" foods like grain and legumes if you can handle those. Then as you adjust you can remove more carbs and add the other stuff.

Curious if anyone on here is near PA/NJ?

I need to be more serious about doing raw food and having a friend would probably motivate me.  I think there are other topics on here that I'm more open-minded about and not very mainstream, so would be great to have a friend similarly open-minded.

Hi all.

I want to get a hardcopy of the Instinctotherapy book.  Anyone know where I can get one?  Amazon only has kindle.

Even if it is in French, I would rather have the hardcopy.  I want to learn French anyway because I need to read more about Antoine Bechamp/Pasteur.

I hate e-books.

thanks.

Primal Diet / Re: YouTube Censorship Against Raw Meat

Just wanted to update this thread because it was about censhorship to begin with.

It looks like Asra Conlu's channel is back up, but without many of her previous videos.  Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/c/AsraConlu/videos

The oldest video on there is from 3 weeks ago from today (three weeks prior to February 28, so the beginning of February approximately).  So we could say she had been shut down for a little over a month.  As far as I can tell, there is no explanation from her regarding what happened, why her channel was shut down.

Parler.com, the social media that is committed to free speech, is still in the process of getting back up after being shut down by it's host, Amazon.  Fyi - the word "parler" is a French word, meaning, "to speak."  In case you were wondering why they chose to name themselves that.  It's very fitting for a free-speech platform.  Hopefully it will be back up and totally functional soon.

Just curious if anyone knows what (if any) religion Aajonus followed?

I'm on another forum that's talking a lot about how the C19 vaxxine is part of the N//W//O, end of days, mark of the beast (Christianity).   Not sure if I believe that the state of the world right now is part of the end days, but just curious if Aajonus was also a Christian, believing in the oppression and trials of the book of Revelations.

This is good to hear.  Fuq Facebook for trying to shut down people sharing their experience.  That's what that platform was created for in the first place.  One thing I can't stand about all the media lately (through the whole thing really) is they constantly have pop up ads to visit to the C-D-C website for "correct" information.  I'm not seeking the CDC's information!  I'd like to see Fbook try to block these people's posts as "disinformation."  So - all these people are liars?  Fbook is totally into denying reality now.  It's good that these people did this, but I wish they would have used a different platform.  Stop giving Zuckerfuq more money that he doesn't deserve.

@dair
"And, the right is scary, wanting to control humans and planet with tech and pharma."

This issue is the most important to me of all - that no one else should have control over my body or my life.  I see the "push" that the media and prominent figures are doing "for the benefit of others."  Very Machiavellian.  But I thought this was the left doing the pushing of controlling us all; they are the ones pushing forced vaccines and medical tyranny according to what I've read.  The UN and others as well.  If you have some information to show that it is the right, please show me.  I need to read it.  I am open minded and I do want to know the truth.  Whoever is against my freedom over my own body is my enemy.

@Dingeman When someone posts these sweeping generalizations, please know that not everyone agrees with what YOU say.  And no one person here should be so audacious to try to dictate their beliefs to everyone else to try to suppress disagreement - YOU'RE the one being extreme here.  Any Trump supporter is totally aware and experienced with the censorship and hate against us (shown here) and we know we're never allowed to share our beliefs.  I didn't come on here to post about Trump and never intended to because that's not what this forum is about.  But YOU brought it up.  YOU are now trying to censor people here.  Only MODERATORS can tell us what to say and what not to say, and I don't think you are one.

My beliefs are more libertarian, and I'm the only one who has consistent logic in their beliefs when I speak to people on the left.  I want total control over my own body.  Republicans want to use me as a baby incubator, and Democrats want to use me for their medical experimentation.  My body belongs to ME.

I@TnMann  I've tried talking to other like-minded people about forming intentional communities where we could practice our beliefs in peace, like the Amish as you said.  I really want to be part of a community of like-minded people but the people I've talked to have basically given up.

I just wanted to add to this thread that in the US, the major alternative to instagram was shut down today.  It was called Parler.  They used Amazon cloud for their data service, and Amazon has taken that away from them so they cannot even function.

The website doesn't work (www.parler.com).  It was a platform specifically for conservatives, because their concerns over vaccines and praise of the president was always censored on the main social media.  It is very clear only ONE narrative will be allowed.  No one else is allowed to be heard.

So, shutting down free speech in the USA. This country is not at all what the patriots fought for.  Their corpses are crying tears in the grave...

@dariorpl  I'm not surprised, I'm angry.

@TnMann  I guess it's possible she closed down her channel, but she's such a nice person I'm sure she would have made some final video saying "Hey everyone, Just wanted to let you know I'm moving on in my life and will not be making anymore videos but I will leave these up here for anyone wanting to learn from it."  I don't think she would have deleted everything with no notice to anyone.  I recall from one of her videos that her husband is a doctor in the Phillipines.  He was also doing the carnivore diet for a while.  I think the medical-techno establishment got to them both and shut her down.  Probably threatened them both with who knows what.

Primal Diet / YouTube Censorship Against Raw Meat
« on: January 10, 2021, 01:16:02 am »
I was getting into watching youtube videos from Asra Conlu, a female raw meat eater from the Phillipines.

Today I go to look at her channel and watch more of her videos.  All of the sudden it no longer exists.  There are only videos of other youtubers bashing her for her diet.  Her channel is gone!  See here: https://www.youtube.com/c/AsraConlu
It gives a 404 error.

I'm going to see if maybe she switched to another forum that's not as affected by censorship.  Lots of youtubers are being shut down, videos taken down, for presenting facts in opposition to the agreed-upon story for the masses.
