Are you from France?

The comic looks interesting.  I understood him saying his name is Bear Gryllis and he is going...somewhere.  Then the next one starts "Today, men are..." and I can't read the rest!  I took one year of French in high school.  I think the world is too English-focused and it's concerning.

I'm not religious but I came across this song while listening to other music on YouTube.  It's called "Don't Tread on Me" by We the Kingdom.  Really a battle cry against abuse of power by those in power.  In our case, the devils would be the tyrannical leaders and the "king/crown" would be our own freedom.  I wish there was something higher that could be called upon in this time of oppression, but I don't know...

Yes, Sabertooth is right.  This is part of a plan for incremental control over the population.  American society is returning to the old feudal system of Europe.  This is evidenced in the corporate hierarchy/Human Resources' control over our private lives (for those of us that work in such an environment) and the government's disrespect for each person's bodily integrity.  A lot of the state governors are using this as an excuse for displays of power and tyrannical behavior.  Allow individuals to make their own choice whether to wear masks or not or to stay home or go out.  As long as we are accepting the risk, it's our right to live our lives as we see fit.

I think it could be both (engineered virus with plan for reduced freedom of all, mandatory vaccination).

@Sabertooth & Inger

Of course wise people will want to say no.  But with some countries the way they are, there will be forced vaccinations.

They will use employment as a coercion/duress in order to to force your vaccination.  If you want to keep your job (and need the money to keep your house/property), then you have to get a vaccine.

The only way to stop this is to have legislation enacted immediately that upholds the requirement of consent for all medical intervention, including vaccines.  When you visit a doctor in the US, you do have to sign a consent for treatment form.  Without consent, touching another person is a crime (battery).  But I feel like these laws are not strong enough.  Parents have been losing the right to choose not to have children vaccinated for years.

It's funny how there are so many women who understand that rape is a crime, why can't people understand that forced vaccination is also a crime?  Both require consent.  Our bodies belong to ourselves.

One of GS's videos on Dr. Buttar revealed that the virus was created by the University of North Carolina.  It was taken from bats and modified to infect humans.  The research was published in Nature Medicine, a peer-reviewed scientific publication, in 2015.  Maybe you are all already aware of this, though.

Here is a link to the study:

I've been watching some of the videos here and it's really distressing.

So many people are just so willing to give up their freedom and believe big brother knows best.

If you try to talk to them about how or why this came about they think you are crazy.  But you know you're on to something when people try to silence you instead of refuting you with evidence.  The video on 5g causing the coronavirus that was presented by Thomas Cowan, M.D., has been removed from YouTube, so it must have been some very good evidence he presented if "they" cannot refute it.  I also saw an article that Facebook is censoring any discussions on this theory, but that is not news because they are not a platform for free speech and critical thinking.

I'm encouraged by the protestors in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

I've put a sign on my car that says "Honk If you Want Freedom" and, now that it is state law that I must wear a mask when in a store, I do wear one that says "Freedom Not Fear" on it.  This is my peaceful protest, and in a way that I will not be arrested.

Personals / Re: Looking for Primal Quality Sources.
« on: April 22, 2020, 05:02:54 am »
I would try these websites to find more suppliers:

www.eatwild.com
https://grasslandbeef.com/  (they offer lamb and other meat, so don't be misled by the website name.  I believe they ship nationwide in the US).
https://www.whiteoakpastures.com/
maps.google.com  (just type in grass-fed meat near me or something similar and it will show farms near you).

Another thing is to try Halal or kosher meats.  If you have a Muslim or Jewish population near you, you can try to contact their Temple/Mosque for recommendations on finding these meats.

Hope this helps.

(Critique of above inside of what these tests actually test for... how the global SCAM is spread.)

Question the testing method, the testing data, the testing instruments!!!

https://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message4329732/pg1

Covid scam

Extremely (intentionally) flawed testing/data.

The following is from a medical forum. The writer, who is a widely respected professional scientist in the US, prefers to stay anonymous, because presenting any narrative different than the official one can cause you a lot of stress in the toxic environment caused by the scam which surrounds COVID-19 these days.

***
I work in the healthcare field. Here’s the problem, we are testing people for any strain of a Coronavirus. Not specifically for COVID-19. There are no reliable tests for a specific COVID-19 virus. There are no reliable agencies or media outlets for reporting numbers of actual COVID-19 virus cases. This needs to be addressed first and foremost. Every action and reaction to COVID-19 is based on totally flawed data and we simply can not make accurate assessments.

This is why you’re hearing that most people with COVID-19 are showing nothing more than cold/flu like symptoms. That’s because most Coronavirus strains are nothing more than cold/flu like symptoms. The few actual novel Coronavirus cases do have some worse respiratory responses, but still have a very promising recovery rate, especially for those without prior issues.

The ‘gold standard’ in testing for COVID-19 is laboratory isolated/purified coronavirus particles free from any contaminants and particles that look like viruses but are not, that have been proven to be the cause of the syndrome known as COVID-19 and obtained by using proper viral isolation methods and controls (not the PCR that is currently being used or Serology /antibody tests which do not detect virus as such). PCR basically takes a sample of your cells and amplifies any DNA to look for ‘viral sequences’, i.e. bits of non-human DNA that seem to match parts of a known viral genome.

The problem is the test is known not to work.

It uses ‘amplification’ which means taking a very very tiny amount of DNA and growing it exponentially until it can be analyzed. Obviously any minute contaminations in the sample will also be amplified leading to potentially gross errors of discovery.

Additionally, it’s only looking for partial viral sequences, not whole genomes, so identifying a single pathogen is next to impossible even if you ignore the other issues.

The New Coronavirus Outbreak, COVID-19, Sounds Menacing and Is

The Mickey Mouse test kits being sent out to hospitals, at best, tell analysts you have some viral DNA in your cells. Which most of us do, most of the time. It may tell you the viral sequence is related to a specific type of virus – say the huge family of coronavirus. But that’s all. The idea these kits can isolate a specific virus like COVID-19 is nonsense.

And that’s not even getting into the other issue – viral load.

If you remember the PCR works by amplifying minute amounts of DNA. It therefore is useless at telling you how much virus you may have. And that’s the only question that really matters when it comes to diagnosing illness. Everyone will have a few virus kicking round in their system at any time, and most will not cause illness because their quantities are too small. For a virus to sicken you you need a lot of it, a massive amount of it. But PCR does not test viral load and therefore can’t determine if a osteogenesis is present in sufficient quantities to sicken you.

If you feel sick and get a PCR test any random virus DNA might be identified even if they aren’t at all involved in your sickness which leads to false diagnosis.

And coronavirus are incredibly common. A large percentage of the world human population will have covi DNA in them in small quantities even if they are perfectly well or sick with some other pathogen.

Do you see where this is going yet? If you want to create a totally false panic about a totally false pandemic – pick a coronavirus.

They are incredibly common and there’s tons of them. A very high percentage of people who have become sick by other means (flu, bacterial pneumonia, anything) will have a positive

PCR test for covi even if you’re doing them properly and ruling out contamination, simply because covis are so common.

There are hundreds of thousands of flu and pneumonia victims in hospitals throughout the world at any one time.

All you need to do is select the sickest of these in a single location – say Wuhan – administer PCR tests to them and claim anyone showing viral sequences similar to a coronavirus (which will inevitably be quite a few) is suffering from a ‘new’ disease.

Since you already selected the sickest flu cases a fairly high proportion of your sample will go on to die.

You can then say this ‘new’ virus has a CFR higher than the flu and use this to infuse more concern and do more tests which will of course produce more ‘cases’, which expands the testing, which produces yet more ‘cases’ and so on and so on.

Before long you have your ‘pandemic’, and all you have done is use a simple test kit trick to convert the worst flu and pneumonia cases into something new that doesn’t actually exist.

Now just run the same scam in other countries. Making sure to keep the fear message running high so that people will feel panicky and less able to think critically.

Your only problem is going to be that – due to the fact there is no actual new deadly pathogen but just regular sick people, you are mislabeling your case numbers, and especially your deaths, are going to be way too low for a real new deadly virus pandemic.

But you can stop people pointing this out in several ways.

1. You can claim this is just the beginning and more deaths are imminent. Use this as an excuse to quarantine everyone and then claim the quarantine prevented the expected millions of dead.

2. You can tell people that ‘minimizing’ the dangers is irresponsible and bully them into not talking about numbers.

3. You can talk crap about made up numbers hoping to blind people with pseudoscience.

4. You can start testing well people (who, of course, will also likely have shreds of coronavirus DNA in them) and thus inflate your ‘case figures’ with ‘asymptomatic carriers’ (you will of course have to spin that to sound deadly even though any virologist knows the more symptom-less cases you have the less deadly is your pathogen.

Take these 4 simple steps and you can have your own entirely manufactured pandemic up and running in weeks.

They can not “confirm” something for which there is no accurate test.

Why is this scientist not speaking out?  He can contact media outlets and still remain anonymous.  I thought the whole point of science was to discover the truth.  Of all people, how can he just allow lies to be told and sit by silently?

General Discussion / Re: Question on Grass-Fed
« on: March 06, 2020, 08:03:37 am »
I've been looking further on here and Sabertooth mentioned that even organic, grass-fed meat can have been vaccinated and de-wormed.  Maybe that is the reason why I don't like the taste of the liver.

When I go to the farm (there are two that claim to be grass-fed near me), what are some of the things I should ask in order to make sure the meat is good quality?

Would a farmer be willing to answer my questions or would my in-depth questions put them off and make them afraid to talk to me?

It says "We sell cage-free grass-fed beef raised to organic standards."  But it doesn't say anywhere 100% grass-fed.  So I suppose I have to call and ask.  But given that they mention corn/soy "feed", I'm sure the cattle are not entirely grass-fed, whatever they may say.

Why can't people just be honest?

I feel like I have to go to the ends of the earth to try to find quality meat.

General Discussion / Question on Grass-Fed
« on: March 05, 2020, 02:23:54 am »
The website of the farm I am buying some organ meats from has this posted, and I find it contradictory:

"Grass fed beef.  We do not use Steroids, Hormones or Antibiotics to make our cattle grow faster or fatter."

Then right underneath -

"NO GMOs.  We grow ALL our feeds - corn, hay, and soybeans - from pure seeds."

Now I am suspecting that the cows aren't really grass-fed, but simply fed organic corn/soy.

I guess I have to ask the farmer, but I need to know if this is the way grass-fed animals are finished or if cows are supposed to eat corn and soy after eating grass for a certain period?   Or is this simply someone trying to sell "grass-fed" beef that is actually NOT grass-fed at all?

I'm still not liking the taste of liver, even their "grass-fed" kind.  But if it's not actually grass-fed, then that's something different...

Do you know how Sabertooth dry ages his meat?  Do you just keep it uncovered in the fridge?  I also have the "mood symptoms" of candida you mentioned.

Also, would this work if I used a meat that was previously frozen?  I finally found a grass-fed farmer about 1/2 hour away from me; however his meats are all frozen and I have to thaw them.

General Discussion / Re: Drinking Water
« on: March 03, 2020, 05:02:41 am »
I agree about being more concerned with plastics/chemicals.

I've thought about this a lot since reading nonfiction books of people who are thruwalkers on the Appalachian Trail or similar trails.  One book I read was "On the Beaten Path" and I think that even with using water tablets to treat the water, the author still got giardia but he simply adjusted to it after sometime.  But from what I read in his book, people hiking on that trail don't eat the best diet (this book was written in the 90s, so maybe things have changed since then) - in the book the author mentioned a lot of processed foods like pizza, spaghetti, pancakes, and anything boxed or canned that lasts that they carry on the trail.  So I wonder if someone who ate a better diet would or would not be affected by the water.  Our ancestors drank the water without any ill effect somehow.

General Discussion / Drinking Water
« on: March 03, 2020, 03:56:29 am »
I'm curious about peoples' opinions on drinking from natural water sources.

Do you think that humans can adjust to any parasites/impurities that naturally occur in untreated water?  I'm thinking about giardia lamblia as an example.

I usually drink distilled water, but then there is the concern about the plastics leaching from the gallon jugs.  Who knows how long it has been stored in that container and at what temperature.  I also realize any distilled water or filtered water would be unnatural for our ancestors.  But I suppose the filters are necessary to keep out chlorine and who knows what else that is put in water today.

People used to drink from untreated streams and wells and springs all the time, right?

Hi Inger!

I'm so happy that you're posting again.  I've been reading the older posts and it's nice to hear from another female!  I'm still trying to head towards raw but have some fears and taste preferences to get over.

Is anyone else so fed up with the government fear tactics regarding flu viruses?  They are definitely using it to push the government control agenda/totalitarian state.

Every two years its a brand new boogeyman - SARS, Swine flu, West Nile virus, Zika.  Now the chinese coronavirus boogeyman.

Another case of crying wolf.

Primal Diet / Re: Best foods to heal wrinkles and reverse ageing
« on: January 29, 2020, 11:16:53 am »
@PerfectHealth
I also think that there are things beyond food that are overlooked.  Like simply being happy with your life.  I feel like being happy is something difficult to achieve in Western society (not sure where you are from); we emphasize its pursuit and achieving goals.  This gives the mindset of always thinking about the future/planning and never thinking about right now where you are.  People who are unhappy will age faster.  I think this is a big component of why the people in "blue zones" live longer - not necessarily diet but their way of life is simpler and happier; their worth isn't determined by what they externally achieve and they seem to have less stress.
I'd like to just leave my life sometimes and go live simply....

Just foods that contain vitamin C and vitamin A.  Those are the vitamins always promoted for skin health.  There is also biotin and that is best found in organ meats.

Hot Topics / Paleo Diet for Heart Disease
« on: January 29, 2020, 03:08:56 am »
This may be a hot topic, I'm not sure.
I'm curious if anyone has any sources of information on reversing heart disease with a paleo diet containing meat.
It seems there are a lot of stories coming out about veganism harming people, I have no doubt they are true.  But the one thing that a plant-based diet does help with is heart disease reversal.  People with heart disease have benefited from plant-based diets.
I don't believe a vegan diet is natural, though.
So I'm wondering, if someone has heart disease or symptoms of it, how would it be remedied on a meat-containing diet?  Are there stories of reversing it with the paleo diet?  When I say heart disease I don't mean the "little symptoms" like high blood pressure (which I think is easily remedied with a paleo diet); I mean arterioscloersis - hardening of the arteries/clogged arteries.  How does one reverse this without a plant-based diet?

I was reading an old blog post today on perfecthealthdiet.com and it said that its possible that all chronic diseases are potentially caused by infections.  So if heart disease is caused by a pathogen, then maybe the "paleo" answer would be to increase foods containing vitamins A and D because they help the immune system.

Thoughts?

I'm interested in this as well.

For healing wrinkles and skin aging, probably foods that contain vitamin C and vitamin A.  Vitamin C and copper help make collagen.  High vitamin C foods would oranges, broccoli, bell peppers, kiwis....
High Vitamin A are sweet potatoes and liver.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Omnivorous v. Carnivore
« on: January 15, 2020, 09:34:19 pm »
Hi,
I'm just wondering what are everyone's thoughts on the trend of not eating any plant foods.  It seems there are so many people now who are saying that carnivore is the "human" diet.  Maybe they are just being extreme; I'm sure humanity ate some plants.  What do you think of a mixed diet for healing, like the Terry Wahls protocol?

I have eaten some supermarket beef liver raw and I haven't had a problem yet.  I usually just eat some small pieces.  I've also had grass-fed beef liver.

Can't say about poultry; I'm still dipping my toes into eating like this...

Just wanted to add to the discussion that some believe copper is as important as calcium when it comes to bone strength.

There are studies on pubmed showing that copper is necessary for tooth and bone density, and a deficiency or inadequacy of copper leads to weaker bones.

One to read is "Copper deficit as a potential pathogenic factor of reduced bone mineral density and severe tooth wear," in Osteoporosis Int. 2014 Feb; 25(2) 447-54. PMID:
    23797848

Copper would be in liver and internal organs.

Interesting to note, it says in the results section there was no difference in calcium level in enamel, only copper was low in the patients with severe tooth wear compared to controls.
