Judging from so many past comments, if women turned to a RVAF diet en-masse, they would have minor to negligible symptoms during their period.

My n=1 observation: I never had PMS mood swings on a sugar-free diet nor any other menstrual symptoms during my 2-day regular menses. Childbirths were quick. I didn't have menopause symptoms, either.

Not the women in my household. I buy great food.
I got this from facebook shared by a woman friend.
I then shared it and other women agreed this was true for them as well.

I observed this too with my past female employees... I have an all male office now.

Nowadays, it seems that anyone can call themselves anything. Recently, we have had a man(Bruce Jenner) referring to himself as a woman even though he has not even had genital surgery yet(not that that would make him a woman anyway as sex chromosomes/DNA cannot be changed as yet), and also a blonde, blue-eyed American woman civil rights NAACP campaigner who thought of herself as being black. Completely insane.

I actually felt offended when I read the cover of a NEW YORK magazine. It read "The Richest Woman In The United States Used to Be a Man". Complete lunacy.
