So at first I asked myself "what the hell does radioactive water have to do with fertilizer production??? Apparently the mined minerals they use to make conventional fertilizer contain uranium ore, which needs to be disposed of.

What worries me is the sheer number of US Presidents who have had terrible, incapacitating illnesses and yet managed to deceive the voters that they were electable. Woodrow Wilson,  the 2 Roosevelts etc. etc.

This guy ate both raw and cooked placenta! And I had thought that I had, mostly, broken every society-imposed limit, such as eating live animals(well, OK, just  live-ish oysters and mussels), eating raw aged meats, raw pigs'  brains etc.  I did try once some raw, aged  stag testicles but could not handle it. I also imagine I would vomit if I had to eat raw intestines(well, cooked intestines, an Austrian dish, did have that effect on me).

One of the main draws of the raw vegan diet is to do it because one cares for animals.If only we had a similiar cause to make our diet grow. Somehow, though,  preaching about the terrible harm done to human society and domesticated animals  as a result of  cooking, does not have the same cachet.
