"Who are we? Where did we come from? Why are we here?"
Been asked for pretty much forever. And never an answer.

(2 hour long video, but well worth it. I'd say absolutely essential to anyone who cares about true reality. Is it actually true? Don't know, but what other possibilities? But what we do know and can know, with absolute certainty, is that the official stories, by the governments and institutions, are all dead-wrong.)

Lloyd Pye - Everything You Know Is Wrong

Even though there is no truly "palpable" evidence, it nevertheless is extremely logical and thus extremely likely. Because we do not fit here like do all the other animals. We simply do not fit as well. Something is off, it is dead-obvious to anyone whose mind is "pure" enough. We here, as we are, does not make sense at all from a natural way of process. We fit yet not quite.

This complements the previous very well (2 hour long as well, and as well absolutely essential). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PlOR0q2KKSY

That humanity in its almost present state came out of Africa? It may well be very much true.
Did we mix and interbreed with others outside Africa? Definitely. But before that were we "designed"? Very likely.

Evidence speaks for itself. This said there's so much indicating something entirely different than that what the "authority" is telling us.

152
It is undeniable there were used bombs, that it was, at least partly, a controlled demolition. It is extremely likely something flew into those buildings, but not in any way were those planes of any kind. It is undeniable that the speed at which they flew was much higher than is possible for planes of that size at that altitude, it is simply impossible. Could have been small drones, and very likely that's exactly what they were.
If they were drones how could they look like planes? Holograms. Something that is possible as well. We do have that technology, have definitely had it for decades, just not for the public and not in public knowledge.

In a video a plane's wing vanishes for a short period. Could be because of poor video editing/creating, or it could be due to a fault in hologram projection.
Was there used thermite? Well, why not? There are signs of its use.
Also beneath the rubble pools of bright liquid, like magma, of such temperatures that melt firefighters titanium foot gear.

If you look at some videos of the collapse itself then you can easily notice that the metal grid, the bone-structure, simply goes to dust. Now how can that happen to metal? It cannot, unless advanced knowledge and technology - energy weapons, or nano technology or similar.
There were also pieces of metal that were bent, without it being possible according to public knowledge of "physics".
There are reports of people being lifted up into the air and flewn a distance.

If you look at controlled demolition videos and the amount of rubble afterward... where's the rubble from those two towers??? Even the third building there produced more rubble... It literally seems like the towers were mostly rendered to dust. It is clearly seen from some videos that the metal grid simply disintegrated to dust, which makes no sense, unless you broaden you view to energy weapons and such (technology that's existed for decades, just kept from public knowledge).

Could it be that the things that flew into the towers were indeed drones, but carrying an energy weapon or something related? And were disguised via a hologram device installed onto them as well? It is possible, and very likely.
Was there video editing on top of all the rest? Of course.

Usually when investigating something, the very first explanation is accepted and the rest discarded. It's like people are conditioned to only accept one scenario out of many, as if only one is possible, as if cannot be more than one at a time, even if there is clear evidence for more than one. It was a demolition - there were bombs, there was used thermite - possibly the molten pools that melt titanium, metal grid did turn to dust - energy weapons, very possibly and likely something did fly into those buildings, but not planes - drones equipped with hologram projectors and energy weapons.
So when people begin investigating they are immediately confused, because there's evidence to so many versions, but they only expect one to be true. The purpose was to confuse people, which worked well. The people who are behind this scam know what they are doing, they know how people's minds work, they know what the real reality is like, but they don't want us to find out - they need us blind, dumb, and sick, and enslaved, for whatever twisted purposes.

Al Qaeda is a database of, primarily, muslim people who were trained, taught, and brainwashed by CIA (by USA) to be blamed for false flag events that are created by the US (and allies, all of whom are controlled by the few ancient families) in the first place.

The authority's solution? Terrorism, lets go kill "terrorists" aka millions of innocent people. And then when a soldier dies it's suddenly a big deal all over the mass media... of how a few hundred or few thousand soldiers died - a big fucking deal... How about all those millions killed deliberately?!? How about the destroyed food manufacturing buildings, the plantations? On top of the deliberate killing of innocents now they are literally starving to death as well. The same was in Vietnam, exactly the same.

Some "MUST SEE!" stuff. Not restricted to 9/11 scam. Point is not to blindly believe what is told in these, the point is to think it over, do more research if don't immediately understand, and decide for oneself. Truth about true reality does not come immediately, it comes over an extended period and in many waves, especially because we (our minds) are so disconnected from it.

How about doing 2 workouts a week or over some other scale, first upper body, the second lower body?
Upper body then 2 or 3 days off, then lower body and again 2 or 3 days off, etc. All muscles would get 5-7 days of rest. All muscles could be subjected to harder work, as each workout would concentrate only on half the body.

Been doing something like this for about a month now (before that at home with dumbbells and body weight for about two months). In the span of 8 days I have 2 gym workouts, one upper, the other lower. In those 8 days I also go running/sprinting (whichever I feel like) 2 times, and then I have easier upper and lower body at home with body weight and dumbbells. Within 8 days 5-6 hours of workout.

Between exercises/sets I try not to rest, or rest only 5-10 seconds if weaker muscles give up too quick. Trying to build strength, stamina, endurance so resting moments would eventually disappear.

The fasting definitely is not good in regards to muscle and strength gain.
Fasting is not something that should be done this often... Perhaps once a month. Forcing fast onto yourself is detrimental to health. There are times when body itself gives signs of a good fasting time, but this isn't even a monthly thing... in fact fasting has absolutely nothing to do with "time". Do you eat something that gives you toxins that you need to get rid of by fasting? Or are you reestablishing a specific energetic state in your body that is distorted with consuming (specific) food?
What kind of water do you use? Water reacts to EM waves, to sound, even to human emotions (which are reflected from the person in some waves to the surroundings). In liquid form it changes its structure, it remains liquid, it looks still like water, but the molecular structure changes. And our bodies use best harmonious, "beautiful" structures. (My father once put tap water into two cups, the same water, then affected one cup and had his mother and sister try both and asked which one was better. Water from the same place, the same water. Both said in one cup the water tasted better. Both the same cup. They didn't know why, probably still don't, even my father didn't then know. Don't even know why he did it. That was years ago I think.)
There's a movie that gives thinking material. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itloBORPrag&feature=kp Might require some understanding of many other areas of our world, of us (what we really are, our "true" form; not this what you see with your eyes, because this doesn't come anywhere close to what we are), and what's "really" going on, to understand this.
Best to forget "science", as it's largely, but not wholly, fantasy based on lies and delusions (all of which is intentionally designed this way and kept this way, and not for anyone's good).

Why lose weight? It is pointless... If you eat right then your weight will be right, or will go right soon. Body weight is a completely pointless thing to fuss with/over... You are who you are and as you are, if you eat right and your lifestyle and your mind is right then there's nothing else to do but accept who you are and simply let go of all the trifles. If something is off then it is not because you haven't done something "unnatural".

Health / Re: how to handle anxiety/stress/panic attacks
« on: June 06, 2014, 07:32:57 am »
Got Mg problems too.... Simply can not get adequate amounts from food (done on purpose). Soils are depleted or too low (done on purpose). Then there's all kinds of pollution that saps it (all done on purpose as well). Plus a healing body needs more than normal anyway.

Oral magnesium supplements are ineffective (absorption rate far too low compared to Mg content, and eating more of it is pointless health wise and money wise). Unless Mg is in ionic form, as it is in oceans and seas naturally.
Magnesium oxide absorption rate can be as low as 4%.

Magnesium Chloride baths should be the easiest and best health and money wise, should be somewhat more effective than epsom salt (another Mg salt). The salt in water goes into ionic form, so Mg ions and Cl ions, both of which your body needs. Mg is best absorbed through skin.
Already a hundred years ago some doctor used (supposedly) Mg Chloride solution for cleaning wounds, and noticed that in comparison to other liquids that not just didn't work but made things even worse, MgCl2 effectively cleaned the wound and accelerated healing (that's what I read). Then began testing it for many many other illnesses.

What you are definitely still missing in adequate amounts is Mg. You urinate most of it back out.

Vitamin B6 supposedly plays a role in metabolizing Mg.

There's two kinds of MgCl2, one is industrial grade - you don't want that... the other is for living things.

Find a supplier and try the salt, If works then good.
www.ancient-minerals.com Sells it, but might be able to get cheaper from somewhere else.

Haven't yet tried it myself (have to get it first), hopefully in the next two weeks, or rather definitely in the next two weeks. What I've read suggests it is one of the most effective ways of getting Mg, because of its ionic form in water.

General Discussion / Body pH
« on: May 07, 2014, 05:44:53 am »
I stumbled onto it and... haven't noticed anyone speak of it. Today read about it first time in my life.
Foods certainly have different pH levels. Could explain why sometimes some foods don't want to go down, or vice versa, even when the item either has something in it you need or not. That some "cravings/wants" and good tastes have nothing to do with nutrients in them but instead the pH level.
What I read says pH level plays a role in metabolism. That you can eat as healthy foods as you want, but if your pH is off the nutrients won't be as bioavailable. Could be a cause for some health problems that don't seem to go away, because pH is not addressed.
Another aspect of health to consider. Especially for beginners.
Between 7 and 8 is supposedly the right range of pH.

Meats are acidic, minerals are alkaline. Could explain why ZCers seem to need more minerals for optimal health. Greens are alkaline (carnivores tend to munch on greens from time to time).

It seems sort of similar with "Schumann" resonance. The first astronauts got sick in orbit not having Schumann resonance up there... they equipped all manned vessels with a Schumann resonator - fixed the problem. Speaks how important it is. Down on earth, now, there's wifi, cell phones, towers, etc., getting in the way of and overpowering the Earth's natural frequency aka Schumann resonance. (Those really do affect people... got wifi straight through my head for months... Eventually I began having this urge to get away when sitting in front of the computer. Then the headaches came. Thought it was low magnesium, extra magnesium made it a little better for several days. Then got rid of wifi and voila! The urge to get away is gone, but now have to heal from direct wifi damage... energy weapons... eh, in my home... killing me. An experiment was done with plankton once; wifi, and similar, killed them eventually.)

If I was really concerned about the outcome of human evolution, and that were an actual goal of mankind - all humans would need to rethink what they're doing to the environment and themselves.
Exactly so, they should.
If all you do is concern only about your own life then this is exactly what the next generations will learn from you. Sure, live your own life, but don't exhibit uncaring for the future through your actions, behavior, texts, etc., because in the end it is detrimental.
If you are not concerned then why bother with anything?

Quote
You also imply that illness is caused by a "false diet."
Didn't elaborate. False diet is the primary cause.

Quote
Also, we know a great deal about how the human body works.
I was talking about everything in this regard. And so, we know very little.

Quote
We might not know a great deal about how a raw diet works on the human body - but that's not a reason to go claiming your made up theories are fact. Just because the information isn't out there on how a raw diet affects the body, doesn't mean that making up theories and other things makes it valid.
Never claimed them to be fact.
No point really talking about validity. Just look at modern medicine which is seemingly advancing year to year, yet people are getting sicker and sicker... and that "medicine", and the accompanying diets, are regarded as valid! Raw diet is valid, obviously, because there are no further alternatives. You don't need some "scientific facts" to know whether something is valid or not. Just look at what is evidently not working, what worked in the past, and from that conclude other possibilities.

Quote
That's something I notice a lot about raw diets. There's so little information on how a raw diet affects the body that everyone has a theory on how it's a magical fix for human health. That's a reason I think so many raw food guru's become so popular. There's simply no other information out there on a raw diet, so people look for anything they can find. Then people flock to the egg yolks and fish diet, or the raw milk and honey diet, etc. There's just so little information out there.
Generating this information would be obliterating to big corporations. They would all go bankrupt very quickly. It would be the end of most of what stands for modern medicine, end of junk food, end to everything profit-oriented. Those big corporations also hold most of the money and control all the big publishers and media to a significant extent.
The already existing "scientific proofs" are almost all biased toward corporate interests. From here to supplements... real food stands for all you need. You, you, do not need supplements, unless you are for a time fighting an illness or there is something inherently and permanently wrong with you.
Proof of the validity of the raw diet? Well, everything else is confirmed not working just by looking at all these millions and billions of ever sicker people. Genetically we are not sick, ergo there's just one possibility left if physical exercise and "lifestyle" is already counted for.

Quote
I think a raw diet reduces heat created toxins (HCA's, AGE's, etc.), is more nutrient dense, and the lipids are less prone to oxidation. Being grass fed/pastured they have healthier bacteria and it's less likely to get food poisoning, better balance omega 3:6, more healthy fats, less toxins. That's what the science supports. There could be more, but till there's evidence to support it I prefer not to make things up. If you want to think there's magic to it, by all means go for it. But I simply prefer not to dwell on things that could be.
When did I ever say anything about magic?

Things that "could be"?? Are you joking? If you don't think about what "could be" then what are you doing? Living only "in the moment"? You are exhibiting a mentality uncaring of the future! Yet claim to care about health. This is a contradiction.

You say there could be more, yet say till there's no evidence to support it you won't "make things up"... To even know what the "could be" could be you have to first make it up! And then there either is evidence to support it or not, if not then have to search for some if the "could be" is logical. Another contradiction.

There is lack of information in certain regards, but there is information in other regards as to what works and what doesn't, how we should be according to genetics, how life was in the past, how life has changed and the problems that came in parallel, personal experiences/experiments. From all this you conclude objectively and as the result you get possibilities - the "could be" you so willingly are not caring for at all.

You're giving me the impression that you rely exclusively on your so-called "evidence", not really putting much thought into anything yourself. That you simply compare different studies and such and from those pick out what suits your liking. And you say you experiment on yourself with these supplements. Although not at first, now I really am inclined to think it truly is this "placebo". After all, if there's nothing wrong with you, or not wrong anymore, then you shouldn't take/need supplements.

We have intelligence and we are not immortal, we cannot choose what we are like, we are determined by our genetics and environment, we are "alive", we are part of life. Our lives are dependent on others as is the continuance of our species. Our decisions and actions shape the future of our species no matter whether you care or not, and apparently not just ours. We are all obligated by this existence of ours to care, to think, about future. Because we could so easily, merely by being consumed only in the present, destroy all future possibilities. Your life is not only about you.

Have to as well consider what the impact on humanity as a whole would be if supplements were used every day for hundreds of thousands of years and more. The human body would perhaps notice an abundance of certain substances that the body could use to enable more potency in certain abilities, physical or mental. Dependency would develop, doing without would lead to severe health problems. All supplements have to be produced, they don't grow on their own, unlike food. Yet, this would be rather far future... many possibilities...

You might say the use impacts only you within your lifetime and no one else is affected. It is not true at all. If you plan on using supplements as something akin to staple food then first come to a decision of what you want humanity to one day be.

Supplements are unnatural and the goal should be, in case of every single person on the whole planet, presently, to do without. We know as good as nothing how human bodies work, and most probably will know about as much for centuries or longer. So, until then it should definitely be real food only. Using them when battling some illnesses and such caused by false diet, sure. But at one point you have to get rid of them, they are not food.

cannibus isnt a drug... and it helps cancer patients .. if you are anti weed you are pro cancer ...
This is an excuse for yourself to not stop using... After all, you are generalizing from one insignificant point that probably isn't even true in the first place, and if is true through some "miracle" it isn't anywhere near the whole truth. And you take this as the absolute indicator. Speaks for itself really... a six letter word.

Intoxicant, drug, little difference. Messes with the body and mind either way.
Helps cancer patients? And those patients got cancer why exactly? I assure you, it had nothing to do with not smoking pot. And the cure has nothing to do with smoking pot. Not even the raw variant. Using it makes ones mind numb, "cuts the edges", makes one "happier", as a result reduces stress which is a strong catalyst for health problems. You literally become incapable of normal sharpness of perception of yourself and your surroundings and others.

If you smoke, in general. Or use any substances like this. Do it privately, without anyone seeing it, and never tell others it is good and okay. Because smoking and using such substances is bad. You speaking out as you do, as if they are good and okay, are propagating a mentality without awareness to harm and damage they cause. People unaware and not knowing enough might take notice of your sayings and comments of denial.

Smoking is cooking... just so you knew...

If you cannot do something creative, or any similarly demanding mental activity, without getting "high" you aren't doing it right in the first place.
Being sober is a far better state of such productivity. (Based on some posts in a writers forum a few years ago. Apparently there were those who'd "tested" it or just noticed being high is inferior. That while you are high you think you are that good, as if the best ever, but when being sober and you compare yourself to your "high" self you see it is not true at all.)
Isn't it supposed to be about you being in control while producing something?

Those 10 potheads.... they all have the same melted looking face, like something's not exactly right... faces like they generally don't care, or they are incapable of caring "the right way"... something's not right with their brains, with their minds...
As well, in true reality, money does not determine "success". What is success, do you know? If you have lots of money it's most likely because you are that good a liar and deceiver and obsessed with money in the first place.

If you cannot do without smoking such crap there is something seriously wrong with you. Probably began from you not having "found yourself", nor knowing "what life is", what truly matters. You know, the simple things.

Does smoking pot make you more acceptive of matters that should be criticized? More forgiving of wrongs? And more "hugging" of good news, and less "hugging" of big good news? Like balancing it all out? Would explain all the pothead (fatal) accidents (suicides)... you simply lose track of true reality, you lose the sense of "right and wrong". Brain damage.
Seems to me like smoking pot makes one's mind more numb in general, in every direction (based on all I've heard and read about it). Like sharpness is destroyed and no matter the good news they're always similar of strength, as if a small good news is the same as a big one. There was another one here who admitted doing drugs and... my my, what a not coincidence, exhibited the exact same quality/tone you do. Your senses, mind, perceptions are numbed and softened. You really should not be glad and happy about such influence, because it is damage, brain damage. Reading your posts is like seeing a person who has partially shut the senses to reality, like you want to avoid and ignore something - the sharpness, like you just want to just slide through it all.

It certainly isn't exactly yellow, more like white. Probably winter slaughter, as that's the time I got it.
This bad smelling and not so good tasting one I threw away. Already smelling it gave this "instinctive-like" no.

Have to hope summer and autumn ones are better.

In the beginning, when I went raw, I got some buttery feeling and tasting fat, it was very good in every way, far better than ice-cream (I used to be a heavy ice-cream eater, from time to time, because I liked the taste and feel). Don't remember what it smelled like, or the color, but it was the best I've had so far. It did liquefy in the mouth very nicely. It was in early autumn.

Do they have an identifying flavor, smell and taste? As well the feel to the touch and tongue. Compared to grassfed.
Has anyone noticed a sort of distinct difference between those and grassfed?

Took some out of the freezer yesterday and it doesn't have an exactly palatable smell, nor that good a taste... feels different too, too grainy and dry.
I once tried pig fat, it was disgusting, extremely disgusting. This fat has a similar flavor, far far far less strong but still there.
When I smell it, really take it in, I get this "throw it away!!!!!!!" response... I've smelled beef fat before, so this is new.

The fat came in bulk some time ago. I have no idea whether the animals are fed grains or not, all I know is they definitely aren't locked up all year round, or if they are at all. The farm was branded "organic" or such a few years ago, but this label means "raw-wise" as good as nothing.
I know young lamb tastes bad. Perhaps some fat from a young animal ended up in the box? The pieces I took out do look kind of miniature...

This is truly idiotic. In times when we shouldn't any longer worry about where to get food, we have to search for it... We have technology, knowledge, people - we have all that is needed for mass-production of quality food. I would very much not waste my life searching for food. I have other plans and I have far more potential.

Perhaps a hole in the ground, in what is a receptacle, in which is water, in which is something else, and finally in which is the meat?
Just remembered when I was a child and parents used to buy milk from a farm they there kept milk in a well, in water, cool all year round.

163
Stress sure is a strong factor. Weird that it lies in the perception of the world, in the mind. And has really almost nothing to do with real physical world, other than being the change between what the brain is made of (but then again the entire world we perceive is change between something... just as are we ourselves; nothing is standing still, everything is in constant, neverending flux - it's the necessity of existence). Second to diet really, I'd say, and physical exercise being the third.

I've "mastered" stress years ago, getting ever better at it since (and I'm 23...), even before finding out about diet. There's really no point stressing over anything... stress comes from not realizing you cannot change something to something you'd rather have, just have to accept, look into the future and future possibilities, and just move on. Dwelling on the past is, honestly, idiotic if there really is nothing you can do about it. The present and, most importantly, the future matters, not the past (might be some rare exceptions).
Just do what is life's core quality - move on.

Out in room temperature? Lying on some grate thing, or hanging somewhere. I have a piece on a table, on a grate thing. It just sits and dries, I cut pieces from it. Have had it so for a little over a week. It's also late winter/early spring presently, so no fear of flies laying eggs on it. I actually prefer this way over the fridge, but not so sure about the summer, whenever it arrives.
Also, the air in the room is dry, from all the heating (radiator, computer, fridge, me), so it dries rather quick.

even true carnivorous animals eat plants. although it's rather more like nibbling on grasses once in a while. because there's something in them they need, like calcium, magnesium, iron, fiber, etc.

10 grams of egg shell has about 900% "daily need" of calcium, and about 60% magnesium. an easy source of calcium, make sure it is cleaned well before consumption and best if it is as well ground/powdered.

168
General Discussion / Re: Humans Natural/Optimal Habitat
« on: March 04, 2014, 01:23:32 am »
Being totally adapted to a specific condition would require the specific condition to remain the same forever. Our world is in constant change, we are always in adaptation mode; we can never be fully adapted.

When our ancestors moved northward they must have already had enough brains to use animal fur as cold shielding, at least to some extent.
Our brains seem to be the priority. Our brain can and does compensate that which in comparison to other animals we no longer have. Our brain enables us to neutralize severe effects of nature, like cold by wearing clothes, and so we will not adapt to cold but adapt to the condition wearing clothes create. Our mind does adapt and evolve by figuring out how to bypass difficulties without it taking millions of years genetically.
People don't just evolve to the natural conditions they live in but also to the conditions their minds create. The mind adapts to better manipulate the world, as it is in constant use and there's always something new to come up with and improve.

And honestly, looking at it this way. "Back to the wild" is a definite no. It would be moving backward, to conditions where you don't need to use your mind after a point. Our mind is a necessity, it has to keep evolving, which means it has to be used for bypassing difficulties. But this doesn't mean we have to mess up what is already here. It'd be best to see where we are, what we are adapted to, then decide what would be even better, and create conditions that bring us closer to that goal.

As well, keeping warm without clothes would require massive amounts of energy. How could our brains work if most energy goes to keeping warm? Sure, eat more - more energy. But... we would eat our world empty this way, or either choose one and ditch the other or starve to extinction. There's an energy issue here. There is food to enable both, but for how long? Our world is dying, overall energy is fading, the planet is slowly coming to a halt already naturally. The longer it goes the less it can sustain life in general. This planet will die one day, but we can bypass that.

General Discussion / Re: Humans Natural/Optimal Habitat
« on: March 03, 2014, 09:25:39 am »
Since we all started in Africa would that still possibly be our natural habitat?  Or have climate chancge and what not made it no longer suited for thriving?
We did not start from Africa... Our ancestors have moved around the globe, many times. Our ancestors came out of Africa just as other ancestors of ours came from Asia, and many other places.
The "out of Africa" myth is honestly a total idiocy if even a little bit of objective thought is put into it. It simply makes no sense.

Animals have migrated from one place to another for as long as legs and wings, and snaking around, have allowed. The ancestors of our ancestors moved around, so did theirs, and theirs, etc. Not one species has ever been in just one place (some exceptions of course for obvious reasons), especially apes with their legs and arms. Evolution takes so long that by the time the ancestors of "humans" were around their ancestors in turn would have traveled far and wide. They travel, find each other again, they interbreed.

Imagine Tolkien's "middle-earth", or whatever it was, and the different races there. The elves, the dwarves, the hobbits, the humans, etc. You do that you got a rough estimate of our true ancestry. We are a mix of something similar. Even now there are different races with different features, although far less apart-looking as we have had easier ways of traveling for quite long. Presently we don't end up as isolated over such lengthy periods to form as disparate features.

We have many different natural/optimal habitats. As well the reason why we have many different looking "races".
In our case, in comparison to other animals, the mind plays a very big role as well. People have lived in places where without their mind they would die - the mind enables ways of survival we otherwise wouldn't and couldn't have.
Also, the habitats our ancestors lived in are still reflected by our genetics, although ever more fading. Qualities not used for very long will eventually "evolve out" or adapt for new conditions.

We are opted to survive, this is what matters not where we live or where we came from. Find a place you like or what feels good, and live there (if you can...).

Folks, we *are* dirt!
We sure are. Or we do come from dirt. From dirt we come, to dirt we go. And not just us. In this way we've been many different things before we were humans, and will be many more in the future, after out deaths. As if many different lives for one. In this regard we've been earthworms, apple trees, bacteria of all kinds, etc.
Reminds me of a certain "religious" viewpoint from some Himalayan region, something I saw in a movie years ago, that gave the exact same point (having been an earthworm in a previous life, or will be one in the future). Originating hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of years ago.
Nothing new really, now we merely have more evidence for its validity. And as well more evidence to say it is not the entire truth - a person is made of the specific "chemical reactions" in the brain; so saying you've been an earthworm in a previous life is wrong because you only have one. There's only one you.

Life is like a recycling process built on itself, with its roots in inorganic matter. Drives itself, yet not completely.

or maybe protein gets dangerous when we are disconnected from the nature - in front of the computer late all night long.
The more physical the more meat is needed, makes perfect sense. It's muscle building material, don't need muscles to sit in one place for hours and hours. Or anything that doesn't take strength, stamina, endurance, etc. If still consumes meat then what will happen to it, how will it effect the body?
That picture does not show a person who is physically active (physical training/exercise as any human should when going for true health). And he definitely does look ill(ish) - the eyes... his whole expression, not right.
If physical exercises are not included in some form, to some extent, at least from time to time (get the heart pumping well at least once a week or so) then you'll be "lucky" if something doesn't go wrong.

Perhaps you could ask some of the gays, or find out somehow, what their diets are, in as much detail as possible?
I googled "homosexuality in Philippines" resulting in reports that there are many gays and the country is very gay friendly... "Friendliness" itself might be a good thing but first should be established what the condition exactly is, and if there is one, and what causes it to know what the "tone" of friendliness should be. Right now it is in general public, globally, regarded as something natural, something normal. But if it is the cause of malnutrition and false diet then it is nothing more than an "illness" just as is obesity. As well it is very clear that food people eat in general becomes farther and farther from what our bodies have evolved to use, and the number of gays, percentage wise, is increasing in parallel. (Then you can see everywhere arguments that it is not about the increase of gays but about them "coming out of the closet", yet actually answering nothing. This "argument" has the same flavor to it as does "human nature" and "god made it". So...
Always ask why, at one point it must get to "I don't know". If it does not then the person is lying. Because we do not know everything, and won't most probably forever. The "most probably" is in essence "I don't know".
There's as well probability and objective logic that must be accounted for, not to mention true "common sense". Almost all "pro-gay", pro-capitalism, pro-religious, etc., arguments lack these completely.)

Getting to know what exactly they eat, the specific individuals who are gays, would clarify matters immensely. As well to find out what eat those who aren't gay, in as much detail as possible. All in the same area. And in best scenario many areas. Basically statistics.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: Are overripe fruits good for us?

Just wondering, how much salt do you consume? NaCl... Cl --> HCl aka stomach acid. I noticed that when my salt intake was smaller I wasn't as hungry either, and noticed negative effects on health. Perhaps some issues you have could be explained by your body having too little Cl to produce enough stomach acid? And since there's too little, your body cannot handle large amounts of food and won't even ask for them? And if you consume more than your body can handle it will be stressed out and down trying to manage? Your gut bacteria is off balance, because stomach acid lacks in potency and because of that it won't kill off the bad bacteria it should?

I do eat lots of homemade sauerkraut but there's not many calories there so it barely counts.
Just wanted to add that diet is not about calories. It is about nutrients, bacteria, and energy equally. As well not all "calories" a food is told to have metabolize in the same amount, there is loss, also gut bacteria use those same "calories" as energy. "Calories" leave out as good as all nutrients and bacteria and only focus on the energy content that isn't entirely true either.
So, a low calorie food can be extremely beneficial, in fact is absolutely essential, even more so dictated by bodies current needs and deficiencies.

Sauerkraut counts to a lot depending whether and how much you need what is in it.

It takes some time for bowels to adapt. It's normal that in the beginning it feels too slow and as if clogged. I had the same. But I also kept this in mind - that there is an adaptation period.
It's best to take it slowly in the beginning, to not overload your digestive system with something it cannot yet quite handle. It can take many months to fully adapt.
The honey that came three days ago, for the first two days I ate quite a bit of it and now I have no appetite for it. If you put it into your mouth and there's this "opposition" then don't eat it for a time. There's also the "craving", or something similar, but that's not entirely trustworthy... best to say, if you crave something that is okay by raw standards then eat it. If not look into the food item, the nutrients, and consider why would your body want it, and replace it with a real food, or foods, that is close in nutrients.
Just take it slowly. One is what you eat, the other is stress caused by seeing how things are at a moment. Stress can mess up everything. So you can end up trying to fix something that is actually not caused by diet at all. Although stress is not an issue if you are aware of the mind's touch.

Haven't made high meat myself yet. My meat just won't last that long. But some of the pictures I've seen here do look tasty.
