what about the hunza who's diet was based on chappatis(flat bread) made from freshly ground whole meal flour smeared with butter, raw milk and milk products, veggies , legumes, fruits, nuts, seeds, salt, water, very little eggs and meat(although some tribes ate lots of meat)...

at the age of 90-100 they looked like 40-50 year olds with the energy/vitality of somebody in their 30s...  average age of 140...

I'm pretty anti-vegetable myself ( I eat 0 vegetables) but I'm open to experimentation to see how my body reacts to it.. AV's views are interesting for sure, I mean he would not have this view on water without having experimenting heavily himself also with the veg juices + his experience with his patients. Without having tried it yet I do agree with him already that raw fats satisfy my thirst much better than drinking mineral water (throat stays thirsty I can keep drinking that stuff as much as I want).

In one of his videos AV mentions some tribe who during their travels avoided drinking water but did resort to sucking the juice from certain veggies, if anyone has some reading material on this would be nice.

your body might be confusing thirst for it's attempts at reducing an acid load from eating too much protein.  I say Might

AV says this, AV says that.  And in fact part of it might be true.  For instance, maybe the water they have to drink from is rank with animal feces, or maybe they haven't eaten for so long that the calories from certain plant species are necessary.  I'd suck the juice from chewing on a carrot before I'd drink water from a nearly dried up water hole.   
  But please find out for yourself.  And take note of your protein levels when water doesn't satisfy your thirst.

how much protein is too much?

are you referring to raw or cooked/heated protein?

im sure one can have too much cooked protein, but what about raw protein?

If I drink vegetable juice 30 minutes before a meal that contains raw meat, raw butter, raw onions, raw eggs, raw honey... would the vegg juice interfere the digestion of the meal?

I have found that supplementing with calcium and magnesium, especially magnesium, improved my health.  I've also taken trace mineral supplement clays like Terramin and Pascalite with excellent results.

You used terramin as your calcium and magnesium source? How much terramin do you take/took per day in what form(i.e. do you let it soak overnight in mineral water?)?

In my experience with healing people, actually curing cancers, along with my other healer friends, these are the types of cancers we come across:

- simple toxicity, constipated colons, constipated livers... clean them up and you are done
- parasites / tumors... can sometimes be done away with zapping and other electro medicine, and better circulation and you are done
- fungus / mold / yeast / candida... more systemic, must cleans and eat anti fungus / mold / yeast / candida special diet to build up probiotic flora.  Turpentine! Must be insulated away from WIFI.  Needs electro magnetic healing as well.  May need to MOVE residence due to polluted environment (rotting fungus laden homes, think black mold, big towering over the home trees).

The difficult cases have all of the above in combination.

All this in combination with malnutrition because most people will come to me or my friends malnourished or worse wrecked by idiot western medicine or wrecked by idiot VEGAN healers.

Raw paleo diet can be a very big deal in healing patients, though it is not something I use all the time, but most times I do.

When you do orange juice fast, do you add salt to the OJ like the watercure.com recommends, i.e. 1/4 t o 1/2 tsp of salt to each quart of liquid(i.e. orange juice and or vegetable juice)?

Do you think OJ fast alone can clean the colon and the liver as well? Or things should be added during a OJ fast like coconut cream and or egg yolks and or olive oil and or herbs to help to colon move and or maybe castor oil and or turpentine?

Regarding castor oil, how much should be taken and how many days in a row can be taken?

Did you experiment with sodium thiosulphate?

What about when travelling....  shower water in hotels are extremely toxic.. u can literally smell the chlorine while the water flows out of the shower head...

A long time ago I used to drink a dozen eggs two or three times a day. My muscles grew like mad. The worst side effect was that I had some of the stinkiest farts you've ever smelled. I tried doing raw eggs a couple of years ago and they didn't have the same effect on growing muscles. Recently I've switched to organic eggs, throwing away the whites and whipping the yolks up into a foam with the only fruit I allow in my diet. I only do a half dozen at a time. Rarely more than once a day and only a few times a week. Not enough to cause gas. The other day the organic eggs were on sale and I bought a dozen dozen. The date expired yesterday and I still have ten dozen left. Eggs keep a long time in the fridge but even at a half dozen a day they are still going to have to make it twenty days past their expiration. More than likely it will take over twice that long. I'm already getting tired of them, dreaming of cooking them. I could really go for some lightly poached or in an omelet but hopefully I will resist. These days I've been eating 100 percent raw except an occasional cup of pinto beans which I cook to mush and never seem to get any gas from them either. I keep reading that everyone in the blue zones and all the centurions eat beans. So how bad can they be? They seem like an ideal cheat food so for now I'm going with it and allowing them in my diet. I am also in the third week of experimenting with eating only grass fed, which I also got a deal on. Started eating sprouts again too and been feeling fantastic. I think I found something that works for me and will do my best not to change it unless it stops working.

It's not paleo. It's not carnivore. It's not vegan. It's not raw and it's not cooked; but it seems to be working rather well even though the grass fed is quite expensive...

So when your muscles grew like mad, on 2- 3 times 12 eggs per day(thats a total of 24 to 26 eggs/day), were the eggs cooked or raw? If cooked, how did you cook them, did u leave the yolks close to raw(like in soft boiled eggs)?

I would eat bitter greens like dandelion and artichoke leaves and even olive leaves, and milk thistle seeds. I eat greens with a lot of apple vinegar.

I also had some high cholesterol though not that much, and some liver congestion, and I solved it with olive oil mixed with citrus juice 1st thing in the morning to do some liver flush. No fat for dinner.

Bile is made of cholesterol, so you have to flush it out, and also bile will remove toxins. Olive oil is for me the best at doing this. Not only organic and cold pressed, I choose the strongest taste, not the ones they sell as "mild".

hi, how much olive oil in how much citrus juice? how much u wait before u eat?

I've read in the perfect health diet that rice is tolerated well by a lot of people, but wheat reduces IQ, so rice could be your best choice.

I do badly on any cooked starch, some kind of microbe imbalance, also have to minimise even raw sugar like fruit, but luckily do very well with raw starch and fibre, and raw animal food.

It's funny looking a shop and the answer is no to almost all the products.

I do drink peppermint, liquorice, (and some green tea), that seems ok, and normally drink the tea leaves too as they are a great source of fibre.

wheat reduces IQ or the chemicals sprayed on the wheat?

in my understanding, the body eliminates loads of toxins during sleep through the skin and the morning shower will wash it off so you wont reabsorb the toxins

im wondering if one does complete body skin brushing first thing in the morning, is showering still needed right after? would the skin brushing remove the toxins without the need to shower?

fruitarian diet is ok for 3- 90 days(hotema said one girl drank only fruit juice for 6 months with incredible results, e.g. teeth regrew), to cleanse the body...but one should transition to raw animal foods while still eating fruits
