A farmer who does not want to kill the local wildlife! The farmers I met would rant about the slaughter of foxes and badgers.....

Health / Re: ALWAYS hungry
« on: September 20, 2019, 08:57:34 pm »
This could be dietary orthorexia. Or something else:- When I was 100% raw vegan and then 100% Fruitarian, and when I was raw zero carb, I would get massive hunger-pangs no matter how much I ate, that is, until I started eating some raw animal foods after being raw vegan/fruitarian, and, respectively,  when I started eating some raw plant foods after going raw, zero-carb.

Science / How money affects the mind

Money is so non-palaeo and has ruined civilisation by allowing some (useless) people to dominate others.

Health / Re: fruits with the least anti nutrients?

I go by instinct. Even though modern fruits have far too much sugar compared to palaeo times, I would prefer eating raw animal fats as they provided a stable amount of energy over a longer period. I still eat some raw fruit, though.

We RVAFers generally avoid many vegetables. Generally speaking, the vegetables with the highest levels of antinutrients are also the ones which taste the most bland or disgusting when raw(eg:- broccoli/kale/salads without sauces like olive oil or vinegar etc.). The vegetables use these antinutrients to discourage them from being eaten. No idea re fruits. I would suggest buying cheap, but organic raw fruits at first(eg:- bananas). See which ones benefit you. Eating fermented foods such as kimchi or high-meat will likely help digestion more. In the end, we are all different re genetics/health-situation   so we all have to experiment to see what works. That is why I suggested you try several different methods to see what works for you, as opposed to someone else.

Health / Re: how to increase testosterone?
« on: September 20, 2019, 12:41:59 am »
All I can state is that my own and several others' experience is that raw oysters boost one's testosterone. All that zinc, I guess. The smallest combo redlightman device, the torch, costs only 114 UK pounds or so, last I checked. Exercise is not as important as diet, but is next in importance.

I would recommend raw oysters then. However, it would be a very big mistake on your part  in assuming the right diet can solve everything. Even our raw-meat-eating palaeo ancestors had other methods such as heavy daily exercise, herbal medicine etc. as extra aids to health.

RVAF= Raw Vegetable and Animal Food diets. No idea re experimentation, but I always give my own self 3 weeks before I expect results, however slight.

Read this:-

This guy, imo, provides combo NIR/IR devices which are best value for money:-

https://redlightman.com/shop/red-infrared/

Other articles claim a boost of 300% to testosterone levels after using such a device. The bigger the device, the more powerful it is, and the deeper it presumably  gets beneath the skin, imo.

Can't help much except to say that long-term RVAFers like me usually find that  eating raw and cooked foods together when eating is a bad idea as they need different digestive mediums etc..Adding lot of bacteria , such as using high-meat, should speed up digestion as well.
