Boron and bromine. Bromine is the halide.

Breads and pasta are made of wheat (generally...). Aside the bad sugar in them, modern wheat, nearly all, is basically genetically modified or bred to contain a protein that acts as an opiate, aside other bad stuff in there. Meaning the more wheat crap is eaten the more "craving" for it there will be, while harming the body in numerous ways.

If there's addiction to wheat crap, then might want to look into buckwheat (which is not a wheat, not even in the same family as wheat). About 6/10 of dry mass is carbohydrates, but it's the kind that is used slowly and calmly by the body, does not spike blood sugar at all. In fact is good regarding bloodsugar. Plus it contains some different kind of sugar that has many positive effects.
There's also buckwheat flour... if can't resist cakes, breads and such.
Best raw buckwheat if possible (not processed with excessive heat).

I'd suggest using magnesium salts (MgCl2 or MgSO4, or both), for extra magnesium kick. As a body in modern world, with foods deficient of it and negative influences that leech it further, will get into trouble. But if relocating to Hawaii then the "supplementation" might not be so relevant nor necessary, as swimming in sea water regularly can compensate (plus all kinds of minerals that sea water contains and body absorbs through skin).

And iodine. Shouldn't be a problem in Hawaii either? Fresh sea vegetables...

If you take the magnesium while having at least slight deficiency, you will feel it. Otherwise, if no deficiency present, you won't feel a difference.
Don't think chloride vs sulfate salts would feel any different, unless you have sulfate or chloride deficiency.

I use magnesium chloride internally, in a water solution (plus other salts). About 2 tsp over 2-3 days.

General Discussion / Re: What rawpalaeo foods are you eating right now?
« on: December 24, 2014, 08:05:03 pm »
How much clean and pure and well/positively structured, and mineralized, water do you drink? Lack of adequate clean and pure and well structured and mineralized water could be what keeps you overeating... Essentially dehydration, but in a deeper and wider sense...
Water from one source isn't water from another source. And body doesn't have need for just any water. Dehydration of the right kind of water(s) causes pain and trouble in many ways, and body will try to give signs of it, but if you don't know how to read them or what pain is caused by what exactly... then you don't know what to consume in a given situation (which in case of trouble might be, and in many if not most cases is, right kind of water).

Mashing foods together like that into a salad, foods that don't even fit together... that's not good... at all.

Also, sounds like you eat "all day long"? If so then that's very bad also. Gut needs some free time to heal and rest. Try to limit yourself to eating twice a day, rarely once and rarely thrice, until you get your personal "routine" somewhat "fixed".

We are about 70-90% water... If you drink crap water and/or too little of it then that crappiness and/or deficiency transfers into you, it will be part of you, and as a consequence you will be in pain and suffer.
Look at the water you get and how much, it could relieve many issues.

Magnesium supplement is definitely helping me pass stools, but still with great difficulty. Could this be a sign of dehydration?

Also wondering if it's a sign I'm magnesium deficient, or not absorbing it properly. Would you guys recommend a multi vitamin?
Regarding dehydration. That you seemingly drink (or not) enough water does not mean you are actually hydrating yourself. Water has to have the right structures, the right way of molecules forming clusters in the water.
The body needs beautiful formations/crystalline formations/formations that correspond to healthy frequencies and vibrations that the body recognizes and can use. If water structure is wrong, ugly, distorted in bad ways, then the body has to use extra energy to try to correct the water structure within the body - but this requires more minerals, like magnesium.
Best water would be from unpolluted and clean nature, but since this is hard to obtain, unless you live close to nature, then there are ways to improve water structure.

The better structured water you drink the less minerals and nutrients you'll need, as there won't be much need to use them for correcting the structure in the body.

Water structures correspond to influences and information they were affected with or subjected to. If the water you drink is heated in bad ways and treated with chemicals, or anything negative, it will take structures corresponding to those negative influences. If you drink this negatively influenced water it will influence you in turn negatively - which is plain and simple nutritive imbalance/nutrient deficiency/toxic overload - which requires healing and correcting.

General Discussion / Re: Headache from fruit
« on: December 20, 2014, 05:17:16 pm »
Even if fruits have adequate magnesium in them there are still other factors that "leech" it from the body. EM radiation is one, bad stuff in the air we breathe, water and how it is structured (minerals are also used to maintain and correct the structures of water within the body), etc. - they all damage the body, and damaged body needs somewhat more nutrients to heal. It's hard to get enough magnesium from just common food, unless you live in a rather remote and unpolluted place with soil rich in nutrients, or get your food from only such places.
Organic doesn't really say much anything about nutrients of the soil they were grown in. Organic is mostly about not using any chemical nor toxic crap when growing the food, which is a significant improvement over chemical and toxin saturated foods, but still not the true real stuff as "nature would intend and make".

Some fruits cause less problems than others.
Apples... and specifically their peel... personally, apple peel (and they are apples from trees that haven't had any toxins nor chemicals used on them for at least 15 years, probably longer) has no good effect on my gut. At first, for a few first days it causes no problems, if haven't eaten them for a while, but then the peel messes up my gut. After removing the peel the problem goes away. I suspect the peel of some other fruits and even some berries might cause a similar negative effect. I suppose it's a sign that some fruits, and berries, are not supposed to be eaten so much.

Excess fiber leads to headaches, as it harms the gut. If gut is harmed it directs magnesium from the body to the gut for healing purposes, leading into deficiency elsewhere in the body, like the head. Low magnesium causes headaches. Plus harmed gut absorption rate of nutrients and minerals, especially magnesium, is significantly reduced.

Sugar itself isn't the cause, but it can lead to headaches as sugar needs magnesium to be metabolized by the cells. If there's too little magnesium, obviously it can lead to sugar not being used by the cells, thus it remains in the blood, which leads to insulin spikes, which can as well cause headaches and other bad things.

And of course potential toxins put onto and into fruits.

Safe to say with certainty UV is necessary for good health, as many good things have been branded as bad and negative by official "science" (saturated fats for one). Though it is possible there are some negative and bad UV frequencies... But those from the sun are definitely good. After all, humanity has been exposed to them for millions of years...

Science / Re: Discovery of fire a little earlier than previously thought?
« on: December 13, 2014, 08:36:01 pm »
Isn't it funny how the time the "invention" of fire and cooking supposedly began, 300 000 to 500 000 years ago, is the exact same time supposedly there was an interplanetary/galactic war after which "light" lost and "dark" won. And the resulting disconnection/redesign of us from our true potential/abilities - "multidimensional" existence - to just mere survival and procreation in the physical world and thus simple slaves. On top of this the fact that we have tens and tens of senses we "seemingly" have no use for and never have had, yet they exist in us as if there is, or has been, a use for... Why would or even could all these receptors/senses exist if there has "seemingly" never been a reason for them to develop in the first place - a reason that can only be "multidimensional" existence.

Considering the above, what would it say about the discovery of fire... and from that cooking. As the discovery of fire on its own, without cooking attached to it, is nothing special. And considering the fact that no unmanipulated animal - that we once were - would choose cooked food over raw, ever (though there are scenarios... and they do include severe suffering and pain for countless generations, like a test; the end-goal being growth - which itself is only positive).

The likeliest scenario is that fire was (re)taught to us, as was introduced cooking, after we were (re)designed to lose ourselves. Because of its severe effect to our health and the resulting damaged health's effect of keeping us in a small box. Body can't grow or heal well if there's some constant negative effect from something or from somewhere, and the effect will extend to mental and emotional levels and whatever other levels.

Health / Re: Glyphosate and new variants of this Poison in our food
« on: December 13, 2014, 04:26:27 pm »
One we do know with certainty - some toxins are stored in fat. And fat is created from sugar. But then what triggers the conversion to fat and why, is it poisons and/or high amounts of sugar that would otherwise wreak havoc on the body?

Any reports of rawists using only quality and clean foods, with lots of sugars, trying to get fat that way and failing?

87
Conflicting indeed. It's why you have to find what works for you - which is hard to impossible to do if the situation is rather bad.

Low or medium carb, drop fruits or limit their consumption (because generally too much fiber, too much sugar - they mess up the gut and thus nutrient absorption).
Definitely avoid processed sugars and excess sugars in general. Though I think honey could be good for you, considering your state and the fact it is easy for the body to use, and has many positive effects.

You can still have a ketogenic diet while consuming some amounts of carbs, but as others have said there are other factors that play a significant part.
There are different types of carbs, some spike blood sugar - the bad ones, others don't, try to find those that don't. And then those that your body doesn't use but your gut flora does - get these as well.
I know buckwheat is one source that doesn't spike blood sugar.

Mental and emotional stress play a significant role as well, as they effect the body a lot. Considering you are in school with exams, it must be rather stressful, especially with the accompanying health problems. It -  school - could, probably is, one of the the primary reasons why you have problems this bad.
Doing jobs that you hate - stressful jobs, school included - is a sign that you don't really know who you are or what to do with your life. Lack of resolution of self creates stress. You need to know who you are and the world you live in.
One thing I can say for certain: you don't need school. You really don't, no one does. Schools aren't meant for making a person become "more" or educating a person, they are meant to keep people in small stress-ridden boxes. But it's the values people are raised with and they come to know and live in, even if they are lies - because that's all they know, until they discover otherwise.
I was in university once, I thought it was important and necessary. Then I found out it was all a lie and a waste of life and health, so I left. Was a significant release of stress, an oppressing burden just gone.

And as suggested, get a vacation somewhere clean with good food, at least for a few months. Considering your state, I'd say you really don't have much choice... other than try to force through in your present location.
What I would also suggest is to just leave school, leave and never return, for it doesn't do you any good, nor ever will. It's a waste of life and health. Might sound "harsh", but it's a simple truth I know too well on my own and when looking at all these "achieved and educated" people who can't even see what's right in front of them, who don't know themselves nor the world they are in, yet are regarded as "superior".
What I would suggest would be, at least eventually, to somehow get out of the city, to a clean countryside or such place. Current cities are of death, and getting worse.
These are the hardest things to comprehend and do... because what's needed to make these happen are on the mental level and the emotional level, and requires going against what you were raised to know and live with and live in your entire previous life.

And as said many times - water. Need at least clean for water. In case of water there's more than just what's in it and what's not in it, there's also its molecular structure - which can be affected with human emotions, essentially meaning you can restructure the water on your own, thus making it better for yourself. Positive emotions and intentions and thoughts. EM pollution disrupts the structure, as does excessive heat, and ugly noise, etc. Sunlight is good for the structure.

Don't know what magnesium you are using, but just in case... go for magnesium chloride - MgCl2 - and it's water solution. Or epsom salt. Magnesium is very important, especially for a healing body.

Anyway. Diet is one important thing, another is mental, and then emotional. If one of these isn't okay then neither will be the others. Get to know and address all of these, as generally people only deal with diet (physical body), even less deal with mental (meditation and figuring out ones life and the world), and even less with emotional (which in truth I'd say is the strongest of them all; get to know yourself emotionally), not to mention their interconnectedness.

Being a fanatic includes being a moron... But then who is a fanatic, who is a moron, and why? (The way I look at fanatic and moron and such words is much broader and wider than those you find from dictionaries. I go for actual causes and reasons, not synonyms and synonymic phrases nor synonymic explanations.)

"Talking alone"... You do realize you brought up the loop thing in the first place? After ignoring with anger very relevant points. It's one what fanatics do - they go in loops, without seeing they are the "perpetrators" - and this is also one example of "moronic" behavior. For example take any religious fanatic, or a vegan, or some strong capitalist... you express the same general underlying qualities, the same general way of conduct. As if you are 100% right in everything you say, despite contradictions - this is further proved by the anger you demonstrated, and the severe opposition, by calling names without any real explanation - trying to debase your falsely perceived opponent into inferiority, thus trying to make yourself seem superior, only to end up revealing your own issues very clearly. The only real opposition is in yourself, with yourself, as I'm merely describing and bringing out relevant points.

If you were aware enough, you would never get angry in the first place. Because there would no longer be a reason inherent in yourself. The anger anyone expresses originates from within themselves, for whatever makes them angry brings out the contradictions and issues inherent in themselves. But then what are the causes and reasons of those? What I wrote represents something negative and painful present in yourself, for you went angry over it. Just like someone who, while doing something, "being in their element", suddenly, as if out of nowhere, gets a painful cut or prick, or hits the head hard against something, thus interrupting them and their process, tends to get angry.

Have fun with your personal darkness. If you can find it...

And try to also see why you went so angry.
And I'll even give an explanation to this.
You went angry because I touched an issue in your mind, a contradiction in yourself and brought it out in a way you couldn't ignore it. And so you either have to address it, accept it, and then begin correcting it. Or. Considering you are a fanatic, then the default action is defense and attack in return, thus avoiding the issue present in yourself.
Now ask yourself who is a fanatic. And you'll find out why you attacked in response.

Yeah, according to you, you can stay at home, be an expert on everything, knowing everything by your own powerful mind without having ever been out on the field to check the facts, in this case excavate and examine skeletons and other remains or go and stay for months in remote jungles to observe apes, if I understand you well. You don’t need to rely on the expertise of people involved in research, anthropologists, paleontologists, archaeologists, experts on animal behavior, etc… No, no, you are so much more clever and knowledgeable than all these bunch of idiots scientists and specialists spending their lives on the field to observe and study. LOL.

I finally think JK decision to stop posting is wise, after all. I should rather do the same and proceed with my work instead of wasting energy here in stupid endless-loop discussions with thankless guys who know it all better.  >:
With this you demonstrated your incapability to comprehend what I said and meant. Exactly doing the opposite of what I tried to explain not to do and why not to do it. Thus proving everything I said, though you can't understand any of this for obvious reasons.
Very evident there's no point explaining anything to you, since you're a "passive fanatic".

The only one keeping such "discussions" going in loop is you. Please try to see this!

One thing I've noticed almost all (if not in fact all) "scientific"-minded people do is provide the opinions of other people without really giving any original to their own. This is why providing "links" and such is simply keeping yourself in darkness and not really developing your own personage and individuality. If you base yourself and your worldview on the views of others, then... do I really have to explain this?
If you really knew what you were talking about, or anyone knew what they were talking about, then you, or anyone, would never have a reason to provide any data or opinions external to themselves.
If you find something new, something that makes sense to you and you perceive objectively (very many people have issues with objective thinking...) that it is beyond your previous understandings, then incorporate it into your being. And next time the topic comes up you will have no reason to find some external "supportive links", because you know it is a true part of yourself, until something better comes up and then you improve/upgrade yourself.
This "who's got the biggest supportive 'evidence'?" pissing-contest is a vivid sign of blindness and unawareness.

Providing any links is futile and pointless. Say your own mind, only your own, and original to yourself, from within yourself. Otherwise you do not know what you are doing. And if you don't find it from within yourself... then you have things to learn, and true learning not merely parroting others.
There are scenarios where providing external links and such is important and necessary, but not in this context.

"If others here want to chime in and report if going paleo lessened their tendency to want to kill another, please do so."

Since paleo corresponds a lot to our bodies' needs, and the effect of this diet is much better to the body compared to less healthy ones, then it will make all body's processes more efficient.
But there are emotional and mental bodies as well.
The path is both ways. Just as a better diet can lead to a more efficient and happier body and thus better mind and emotional state, so can emotional and mental bodies lead to a better and happier body. The same applies to negativity. Body can be under a very good diet, but if emotional and mental bodies are not of equivalent state then they will affect actions you take and the physical body negatively as well.

It's not just about healing the physical body. Every aspect of ourselves, that we can perceive of and get to, should be dealt with. Otherwise it'll be a never-ending up and down ride - pointlessly in a loop - body goes up, mind takes down, mind goes up, body takes down, body goes up, etc. (or something like this, and other possibilities). If not aware of this (and other possibilities that affect mind and thought and the resulting actions) then won't even understand what's going on, never mind being aware of ones "faults" in the first place.

But paleo makes it much easier to address mental and emotional side, as there's less to deal with regarding physical body. Can allow more focus and energy to healing the mind and whatever else, but first requires awareness that this is actually real and of high (utmost) significance...

93
As to "compromise" foods. Maybe try buckwheat over rice? Personally I'd take buckwheat.
I'd take buckwheat over rice anytime. Plus buckwheat wouldn't be much of a compromise food in the first place, definitely not anywhere near as much as rice, not to mention wheat.

94
Cold hands and feet are primarily from iodine deficiency (and/or whatever else plays a part in making iodine available for the body to use, and in this case the deficiency of those - I think selenium was one that plays a major role). I know these symptoms too well... for years and years. Personally I take half a tsp of ground dried sea veg twice a day to ensure I have enough iodine (I soak it in water for a bit, sometimes for hours, then gulp the somewhat slimy stuff down; rockweed, not kelp as kelp gets very slimy this way... and now for some odd reason I want kelp...).
Iodine also is important for digestion, I noticed months ago...

There's no such thing as "poor genetics". If you say "poor genetics" then what I understand is that you don't know yourself well enough...
There are different "body types". Try to be yourself, not someone else - this of course first requires knowing oneself enough. It's best to not look at others and what they are like, instead get to know yourself and what you are like. If you look at someone else and how they are doing and have a slight feeling of envy or similar, then you are taking them as an example, whether consciously or not, and if you insert into your mind someone else as an example and try to apply the picture of that person to yourself then whose life are you living? Yours or someone else's?
After all, this mentality of taking others as examples is one we are raised and grown with from so many directions. It blocks and hinders the development of oneself. A quality one should best root out once aware of it, as it does no good.

You can't and don't gain muscle exactly the same way a "SAD" dieter does; "mainstream" way and view of gaining mass and strength, etc., does not apply to "us". In their case a lot of the mass is actually fat and toxins stored in fat.
I go to gym regularly now and almost always see some "lazy fat chunks" rolling under weights. They have mass, fat mass, and far too much of it now that I know how much a person should have, and then they have some fatty muscle mass. They are disgusting, and they aren't aware of it. It's a sad look seeing how they think they know what they are doing, but without knowing the world nor themselves.
I'd say forget about gaining mass or strength. Just have a good enough diet and work out, and mass and strength and stamina, etc., will come as they will come, and they will come.

To give the body extra nutrient kick egg yolks are good. Personally currently I eat 2 whole eggs and 8 yolks a day (commercial crap as can't get better ones enough). Easy to digest as well. Then about 2.5 kg(5.5lb) of fish a week, 1 kg(2.2lb) beef fat, and about 1.5 kg(3.3lb) of beef meat. These are the bulk of my diet.

Meat variety is important. Relying only on say beef meat, and no other major protein source, will develop issues.

Thereafter it should have been in 2012 according to the Mayas.
Mayans never said or thought of "2012" as the "end of the world". It was always known to them as the end of an old cycle and the beginning of a new one. So the Mayan "2012" is not and never has been an example among the end of the world "prophecies".

Hot Topics / Re: How cooked foods foul up your genes via epigenetics
« on: November 07, 2014, 02:58:14 am »
It's rather about what genes are active or not, not "gene change". Genes don't change, unless it's some positive/preferable mutation, if negative then the body will correct it if it has what it needs. Genes that have no apparent need at some point go to "sleep". If some genes are never stimulated in the first place (a child since birth learns to live in a limited box, as it is more than common in our "modern world", which translates into no need of most of the individual's inherent potential, and then the critical learning point passes) then it can be extremely difficult later on as an adult to turn the once "useless" genes on even in the presence of some conditions they should correspond. Turning them on in such a circumstance would require a rather open and aware and perceptive and calm mind, and persistent "training" and looking into oneself.
There are other influences than food as well that affect which genes end up active or not.

99
Don’t forget that a battery is nothing more than an energy storage system!
I once thought the same, until I read stuff that explained that every electrical "generator", including batteries, is designed to make itself fail. That the entire science was built in such a way that if you follow the rules of that science and build something accordingly all you can get is a self-destroying energy source that needs to be "charged" with energy from outside it to restore it to its functioning condition, where it again begins gradually destroying itself. Energy comes through a dipole, from the vacuum/ether (it has many names), and obviously that's endless energy itself.

Considering everything I already know about our messed up world and the fact that all that is mainstream and backed by official institutions is to a large or total extent a lie, I have no doubt. They lie about medicine and ban good and natural things as if those are bad; say that material world is all there is; official schools are indoctrination and brainwashing centers; say that oil will run out when that's not true at all; they lie about everything... and if they don't lie then they will twist it or turn things upside down ("good into evil, evil into good"). Then why not electrical science as well? After all, energy converters that are designed to never stop working and to never need external input of energy because they tap into an infinite source we are all "swimming" in and dependent on anyway cannot give the "elite" power nor control.
Everything official is rigged and twisted.

There's different kinds of salts. Our bodies don't really need salts, but the mineral components (Na, Ca, Mg, K, Cl, HCO3, SO4, etc. ions) the salts are made of.
A lot depends on the individual and conditions of life and the environment you live in. To know in more detail what works you have to experiment.

Personally I make a mixed solution of salts and for now drink it over two days. In one "batch" MgCl2 about 1.8 tsp, KCl about 1.2 tsp, NaHCO3 one tsp, borax half a tsp, NaCl about 0.7 tsp. I tried just food for a while, the result was headaches, blood pressure issues, and eventually rather severe muscle cramps in the middle of sleeping - all of which disappeared after starting with the salts (Mg and K).
