Maybe it's just rotten? Mine rots if i let it sit for a week and starts to smell like you described.
Perhaps you can ask your butcher to cut off the top layer, because you find the smell repulsive.

Best thread in a while.

I would start a video diary of some sorts about my raw paleo diet and how it combats my candida/depression. The thing is though that I don't feel like doing it because I am depressed. This sounds funny but is actually terrible. Imagine if I were to capture my transformation from depressed to happy and healthy on youtube while eating raw paleo. It would bring in lots of people because depression and candida are serious problems lots of people have.

Sv3rige is the one that brings in the most people at the moment by far. He does this with the video medium, as you suggested.

I go to university and am part of the 'hipster' youngsters, so to say. It's crazy how many of them are vegetarian/try to minimize meat consumption. They all look terrible too, just take a look at the difference between the average faculty of economics student and the average faculty of humanities student. The faculty of humanities has more females and more homosexuals/feminine boys then any other place. They destroy themselves with their diet and believe in other religions, such as homosexuality. Note: I don't believe that homosexuality is 'wrong', however I do believe that believing in a line between heterosexuality and homosexuality and having to choose between them is wrong. It's a man-made idea, and male students that limit meat consumption prefer the latter.

He claims he can connect the most with children, the human beings that haven't been poisoned by a bad diet and unhealthy lifestyle yet. Children are more likely to be natural, that's why he prefers them.

But sverige  was banned from youtube last I checked, due to a vegan fanatic citing him? Apparently, youtube has been blindly promoting vegan themes as they are seen as leftwing while perceiving anything anti-vegan  such as sverige as rightwing. It isn't - more like individualist anarchism, if at all.

This is his youtube, he still uploads every 3 days

You might be mistaking Sv3rige for Milkjar, the latter got his channel suspended because he spammed vegan channels with his 'red pill' videos. He started a new channel though, this time he claims to be Milkjar's twin brother lol. I think he does this to prevent himself from being banned again.

Sv3rige already made youtube his primary concern. I could ask him to make a video about the forum to get in some new people perhaps, but I doubt that they will be plenty.

It's fine if it's only one night. But yeah, taste it first!

Great progess. If the diet becomes to costly, start eating more offal and animal fat. Suet and liver are very cheap usually.

Primal Diet / Re: Sour beef liver, SAFE?
« on: March 23, 2018, 07:20:15 pm »
It depends, if it's in a plastic bag then I wouldn't eat it once it has gone sour. That means that the meat has been sitting long enough to react with the plastic. Raw liver turns sour after 3-4 days in the fridge, always. But if you stored the raw liver in a glass bowl then it should still be safe for consumption, though tasting sour.

Time for a small update.

The pressure in my head went away after experimenting with lesser amounts of raw meat in my diet. I would eat around 1 kilo of ground meat a day, which was way too much, especially for my weight of 70kg. The protein that I would get from all this meat would give my kidneys a hard time by forcing them to turn all the protein into glucose. Anyway, since I've upped my fat intake I no longer seem to suffer from dizzyness and light-headedness.

I got 4.5Kg of raw beef suet from my butcher which is what I've been eating daily along with 450g of ground meat. The suet keeps me nice and full all day. Though I seem to get slight diarrhea when I overconsume on the suet. I thought it would be a nice detox food when taken in large amounts, but it turns out too much fat just gives me diarrhea. Another possibility could be that the suet itself is hard to digest, leaving me with watery stools. This is why I ordered the back fat from the cow this time, maybe that stuff will be easier for me to digest (and also easier to eat, seeing as raw suet is so bland and hard to chew.)

I felt amazing for 1 short week, but all my symptoms came back harshly afterwards. I'm beginning to think that it was in fact Candida that has been ruining my life for the last couple of years. Since eating raw meat and raw fat exclusively all my symptoms have gotten worse, leaving me to believe that my body is getting rid of the candida and aggrevating the symptoms in the process. I got some pimples on places I would only get pimples during puberty, my sex drive is totally gone, I have no confidence at all and struggle with walking/standing on my feet proudly/straight. In the absence of consuming fruit/carbs, there is no other possiblity than this being toxins released by candida, ruining me once more.

I'm moving out from my parents' place coming april, which means I can finally focus on my diet 100% because I can fill my own fridge with whatever meat I can find. I will start making high meat again to consume it once daily, feeding the healthy bacteria in my gut.

I tried looking for more information on candida on this forum but it's been very hard so far. There hasn't been a big topic that explained a lot into detail, so to say.

Does anyone have any idea what the healing process of candida looks like? I know that it can take up to 2 years to fully cure candida, but you should feel pretty good quite soon right? In around 1-3 months. I would like to know what your thought are.

@Van

How long until the back fat turns spoiled? Like other fats it should be safe to eat for weeks right? I might try to get some of it because the suet is indeed very chalky and sometimes gives me diarrhea. Do you have any idea how I can approach my butcher to get some back fat? what do I ask him for? just the fat that is on the back of the cow?

@Sabertooth

It's gonna be hard for me to get fat from any other animal than a cow, but I got a demeter farm next to my house that has goats. You reckon that will be worth checking out? Have you ever eaten goat?

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / What Fat To Supplement With?
« on: March 22, 2018, 05:09:06 am »
Hello

Besides raw butter and raw suet, what is a good type of fat to meet your daily fat requirements. My meat is simply too lean. Suet is not optimal to me because it causes slight diarrhea and small stomach pains 5 minutes after eating it - they usually go away quickly though.

What other options do I have? I don't tolerate dairy well either.

92
You talk about fungus coming from your upper lip, maybe your body is getting rid of candida? I can't imagine 1kg of raw red meat would not cause a big detox for candida sufferers.

For OP, maybe try not eating the yoghurt or dairy products. Some people don't react well to it.

I've been friends with Sv3rige for over 7 years, way before he started even considering eating a different diet than the SAD-diet.

I'll make sure that he gets your message. We've talked about you in the chatroom before, so I am sure that he is interested in meeting you and trying your special, wormy, high meat.

Welcome, it should be possible to find good quality meat to consume raw in Wales!

Sv3rige made a good video about this.

You should be happy this is an irrelevant concern! It means that you have nothing to worry about.

I know lots of people that eat raw butter with everything they eat. Raw beef, raw fish, raw lamb, you can mix butter with everything to meet your daily fat needs. I myself eat raw suet (raw kidney fat) with everything I eat, otherwise I just can't get enough of it.

Some people have problems with raw butter so you might want to try raw suet first. As far as I know it's not dangerous or bad for you to mix different types of animal meat/fat. Seeing as your body no longer has to fight against indigestable/inflammatory foods, the digestion of these different kind of proteins and fats should be easy to do.

Let us know if you ever run into problems.

The downfall of civilization (as we know it) might actually be a good thing, don't you think?

Once people realise how important a paleo diet is for their health, the civilization will reshape itself into a paleolithic one. Tribes living in smaller villages with a lot more cattle/nature around them. I don't see the internet fading away soon though, so that will probably be integrated in this new society.

Health / Re: bloodshot eyes
« on: March 05, 2018, 07:47:11 pm »
I get bloodshot eyes too while doing raw meat + raw fat only. I think it actually is some sort of detox, your eyes are reacting to toxins that the raw fat releases in your body. So while your body is cleaning up these toxins, your eyes react to it.

I hope it will go away over time.

Did the tape worm get so big because of the rice/other shit that comes with sushi? Seems like it tried its best to clean his body but he just couldn't take it anymore and chose the easy way out!

Also, are you sure the meat was good quality? I ate meat from an unhealthy animal once and got crazy blurry vision and lightness in my head. Everyone reacts differently so maybe bad meat gives you anxitety?
