Sure, Raw-zi.

People can eat whatever they want. Some lucky ones smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, coke and coffee, eat all kids of junk foods but are never sick and remain very healthy  till they die in a car crash at 100 years old.  ;)

It works for them. This person has outlived almost all of their large family, older and even much younger than them. My point is raw supermarket eggs may be healthier for some people than cooked supermarket eggs could ever be.  Who knows?  The rest of their family ate all or most of their eggs cooked, from what I know.

I have an elderly senior citizen friend who's been throwing a raw egg in the blender with milk every night and juice every morning for about two thirds of their life. They never got a stomach ache, yet were born with a sensitive stomach. They use regular supermarket eggs, as it's less expensive. When they started they did use some of their eggs straight from a farm.

So, I don't understand that we have to cook supermarket eggs?  Thoroughly cooked supermarket eggs have made me sick.  So, I don't like telling anyone what to do.  If I were to continually listen to others as what is right to eat, I'd be long gone and dead, seriously.

I think I had problems swelling with cooked meat since I was a baby. And I don't mean fried or spicy.  I don't think I came in contact with a tick though.

It's good with raw milk. I know GS says he gets gas with milk. I think this would be a good combo for him.

I had discomfort, jaw pain and swollen gums and now little teeth are popping through in the back. They were pulled 12 years ago (actually removed surgically). How can that be?...Has anyone ever had that?

At Ann Wigmore's we read about some long lived and amazing people. I'm pretty sure they said every seventy-five years..or was it one hundred fifty?  Well anyway, supposedly every so often people grow the next set of teeth, if healthy.

Heart and kidney has saturated dry suet fat. Older animals have fat under the skin on their backs.  Brain is full of fat.

I don't like suet myself very much, but I don't mind grating it and eating it with my meat rather than straight.

What are parts with good fat content?

For some reason can't take bone marrow straight, feels grossed out
am i just not used to it?

However for persons with low body fat or small features, fasting can be dangerous and counter-productive.

Like someone with a small nose, small mouth?

I didn't eat raw pork as one of my first meats. Then I had a headache that lasted for days.  Then while shopping, nothing in Whole Foods looked appealing to me to eat, except- the pork at the meat counter. So I bought it, ate it, and my headache completely disappeared. I like listening to my body and senses better than an article.  It leaves me headache free!

I like the prittee one.  Just joking, but I saw a wall chart years ago with natural and synthetic C crystals years ago in my chiropractor's office. They were so different from each other, more than this picture.  This one is from a site on Henry Kellogg.

There's a gland smoothie recipe in one of AV's books.

When I've eaten them, I just cut it with a sharp knife.  I've fermented them too. I tried it frozen once, but the purines got to me that way.

There are men that do various versions of gold diggery too. (deep breath out out with the bad) To each his or her own. It's good we all talk about it here in the tribe though to beware and watch out for each other or learn for ourselves all the various type of people there are.

I saw it on Jill Fox's raw video..and I think Kim Cohen's interview. She has a book. I think it can be moisturizing and refreshing to eye health.

What do lactofermented eggs taste like? I wonder if dogs like to eat them.

I used to give my whites away before I started eating them. So many people eat egg white omelets and some make meringue desserts.  I just freshly came from vegan and felt criminal to dump them in the yard.

I don't think my hair's seen a brush since the late seventies.

I know a very little about dry skinbrushing. If using marrow or other RPF skin "cream" in the sun does it change the skinbrushing?

Isn't Sabertooth talking about never showering and building his skin stuff over years? I do shower now and then - but not nearly as often as most. Baths and showers can be an almost spiritual cleansing experience for me when I really want one. Hot springs would be better of course, but I don't have a hot spring.

I love brushing my skin -- more than my hair!  :o  :)

Now I just have to eat raw suet and take some and rub it on me in public one day!  :o

I ate a big plate full of primal diet's (raw slimy sticky smelly fermented) highmeat in public in my home town here in a bustling stripmall. Don't ask..but it all went very well. You can do it Dorothy!

Eating high-fat/low-carb seems to help with increasing the effectiveness of vitamin D.  Try that.

Especially away from grains and gluten etc.  I think many people do well for a while making D in their skin.. eating a lot of fruit if they have enough of the other nutrients.

I like it as fresh as possible not having been frozen and left at room temperature covered gently all day except for fowl and pig marrow not sitting out.

Does all marrow have stem cells?

I was joining GI2MR and saw people incorporating the word raw into their user names and I made my username RawZi; because Iliked the way it looked the way the z and w fit next to each other and the short little i at the end on the other side of that.

After months of using this name I saw that it fit me.

    Have you eaten pickled eggs?

You can make high eggs. Ive eaten them. They were nice..like a very pungeunt cheese at times.

You may use white in your eye. Whip them and use cold water instead of shampoo in hair. Try on skin after a burn.

http://naturalfamilytoday.com/nutrition/true-pickled-eggs/

Can you lacto ferment RAW eggs? I know they would probably wish wash around in the liquid but you could drink the whole thing when it came to it. I was thinking about what to do with all the egg whites I throw out, and thought perhaps I could chuck them in some fermenting liquid like kefir water, then drink the whole thing after a few days... that would be a nice high carb high protein drink, assuming the egg whites actually change in composition?

I want to try but I don't want to be the pioneer... I would like to know others do it too and it can be done.

Magnesium is used by people for the same symptoms raw fats relieve..B-1 etc. Hal Huggins recommends raw butter I think. Raw fat feels like it helps my teeth..just like some foods feel bad for them. Since Ive been eating raw fat and eating it regularly I haven't felt symptoms to take magnesium. I used to have to take large doses of magnesium to function last year that I was vegan.

My skin glowed alright..it was too tightly stretched and oily neon lol kind of. It burned too. Now it only burns when I don't eat very saturated fats.

Thanks for replying. Will you go into more details as to how your teeth problems go away after you eliminate fruits and most carbs?

My dentist told me that the most important thing about  obtaining good teeth/strong bones is to eat fats. He said a physician had told him that and he believed it.
