Primal Diet / Re: Coconut cream vs coconut milk?
« on: December 22, 2014, 04:06:27 am »
I do not add plain water to "coconut cream".

The ones who add plain water usually add hot water to the grated coconut meat so they can manually squeeze more coconut milk.

I thought coconut cream = coconut milk.

What I do to get pure coconut milk / cream is to just have the coconut grated in the market and be machine pressed so I get all the milk / cream raw and pure.

you are lucky you have that kind of market....

« on: December 11, 2014, 03:58:26 am »
so this liver  egg yolk flush will brake up bigger pieces of stones as well? the ''mainstream'' liver flush tells us to eat lots of apples 3 days before the flush to brake up the bigger stones.... with this egg yolk flush it is not needed the apple feast? did you ever heard problems with the liver eggyolk flush like large stones not being able to be expelled and causing pain? thanks

I'm actually switching from raw paleo to cooked paleo because of similar issues.

I passed some worms that I think were tapeworms and I've been getting diarrhea from a wide variety of meats and eggs. I started this diet after reading Aajonus Vonderplanitz's book, but now I think his claims regarding nearly zero risk of issues with bacteria, parasites, and food poisoning are irresponsibly dangerous and bogus.

I think parasites and other food poisoning issues may be why humans started cooking our meat in the first place.

you got rid of the worms?

i think the problem is only with raw meat! raw eggs, milk and dairy is ok IMO. no worms in there

i believe bone broths are essential even on a raw paleo/primal... to heal the gut...

raw primal/paleo wont heal the gut..heal the gut FIRST with bone broth, whne gut is healed move to the raw primal/paleo diet to repair/heal the rest of the body

This is hard if you are not healthy.
For the healthy ones, this is a breeze.

i had so brutal stomach cramps that i was literally laying on the floor crying in a fetal position and praying! brutal headaches, imbalanced feeling, muscle cramps, light liver tremours/cramps, explosive diorhea like 15 times per day..after  each toilet visit i felt  a bit better....

GS, do you think i should add the small piece of cheese to reduce these side effects, AV said frequent cheese ingestion(every 0 - 60 minutes, 1/4- 1 tsp.) soaks/mops up toxins and flushes them out of the body

VCO detox I view as something drastic to only be used when one has candida / yeast issues.

While I see diluted orange juice fast as a break from all the eating, rest my digestive system, heal my digestive system, and more.

I noticed I was not hungry for 2 days.  May mean I'm fully nourished... and fat.

I just took some castor oil again to clean up... went out fast.

Next days I will just do warm water enemas in the evenings if I don't poop the entire day, seems I don't need castor oil to clean up.

Barefoot Herbalist MH says it is important to poop daily while fasting so you do need to remove the old red blood cells that do not have enough bulk to poop them out, he suggests warm water.

Notice I have modified his formula by adding black salt and switching to egg yolks for fat instead of soy lecithin (which I disagree with).

I'm not in a hurry to lose weight.  These past years I have comfortably swung up and down 10 to 15 pounds at will.

in your article you wrote that this VCO detox heals leaky gut as well...

AV said once that all detox protocols miss unsalted raw cheese(1/4- 1 tsp.) ingested every 30 - 60 minutes to reduce nausea by 90%...

do you think it would be a good idea to eat 1/4- 1 tsp. of cheese every 30- 60 minutes during the VCO detox to reduce the detox side effects(nausea, headaches, stomach/intestinal cramps etc.)?

also what about drinking some coconut water from young coconuts instead of the salted lemon juice water ?
coconut water got 50% LESS sugar, full of minerals, antioxidants, and got the same anti-bacterial/fungal/microbial/vermifuge effects as the coconut oil...

wouldnt be a good idea to drink coconut water as a rehydration drink, as a elctrolyte/ mineral supplement during the VCO detox?

I've fattened up to some 144 lbs.

(fattened with the help of some cacao nibs, dried figs, raw cheese and durian)

And just as Aajonus suggests, a good idea may be to fatten up and then reduce weight.

So here I am again trying a diluted orange juice fast.

I started yesterday. But prior to that I had 30 ml of castor oil to cleanse my colon.

The fat I am using with this diluted orange juice fast are yolks from raw duck eggs.  I may take 3 yolks total for the entire day.

I got some Australian oranges from the supermarket, my kids say they taste good.

And I'm taking some black salt a few pinches here and there.

Initially I will do 3 days.  This is my 2nd day.

If I feel like it, I may extend to 14 days.

It depends if I can find more yummy durian, the past market buys have been crappy durian.

I will probably adjust my diet later on to not be so fattening and target 130 to 135 lbs.

I am just 5' 5" for your reference.

why  not a vco detox? for 7 days? that will burn some fat mass off...

the instant things ive seen happen are with 3 day vco detoxing and 7 day orange juice fasting.  also liver flushing and raw paleo diet.

you can look at the secondary infection thing.

my son had negative gram bacteria. we used fucidic acid.

can you elaborate/detail the protocols and what you achieved?

Indeed, don't make the same mistake I did of sticking with ZC or near-ZC for more than a few weeks. I regret it now.

why do you regret it?

General Discussion / Re: Bone broths best prepared raw, not cooked

bone broths are/were used to put healthy muscle and weight on thin people, and to heal flu/colds and any other disease(the saying: a GOOD broth will heal any ailment)... yeah... all disease begins in the gut and all healing begins in the gut. if the gut is healthy, then the other parts of the body will heal soon.

probably those people who dont get ''delivered' with broth' were not eating enough broth and they didnt prepared the broth properly with the proper ingredients.

you cant go against 5000 years of wisdom and real life experience.

heat damaged proteins, fats? well 5000+ year old wisdom and real life experience tells us that they are good enough to heal any disease, then they are good enough for me.

what do you mean by ''some people''? lol... everybody human got the same gut...  everybody needs the proline, glycine, glutamine, proline and the other aminoacids, condroithin, glucosamine, minerals, vitamins from the broth the repair SPECIFICALLY the gut.

if all the nutrients in the broth are good enough to heal the human gastrointestinal tract, especially the gut of the cooked food eaters, then it means that the bone broth prepared in traditional way is special.

Even native american indians drank bone broth in place of water(''herbed'' water, probably tea). Native indians who were 6.5- 7 feet tall with super muscular and strong body living well over 100 years in perfect health.

Preparing bone broth in a traditional way(boiling for 24- 72 hours) heals the gut of non-RAF-ers...this should tell us something.

I guess it tells us that bone broth traditionally prepared is a symphony of nutrients which heals the gut: gelatin(HIGH in SPECIFIC gut healing/regenerating amino acids), glucosamine, chondroitin, minerals, vitamins and more.

Im planning to do a 7 days bone broth fast to heal my stomach/intestines.

broth is made for its gelatin and other nutrients to heal the gut... fasting on bone broth for minimum 7 days will heal the gut. 3- 4 quarts per day.

''It is important to separate the black salt crystals from the conjoining rock by hand and not by chemical or mechanical means that may contaminate the resultant salt. Also, it is crucial to avoid grinding the crystals using machines coated with lead-laced paint, since the corrosive salt will cause the lead to leach into it in significant amounts, as confirmed by sensitive laboratory tests. Lastly, it is counterproductive to expose the salt to high temperature fire ovens for 3 days, as most manufacturers admit they do - in order to improve its physical properties (for easy handling and flow) - while damaging its natural molecular structure. The ideal salt will therefore be wholesome, rich in sulfur, will contain no heavy metals and other pollutants in appreciable amounts, and will be processed without polluting machines or chemicals or high heat. Also, it should be manufactured employing fair-trade practices, without child labor or harsh conditions. Ideally, the salt should be made in a dedicated facility where no other foods (allergenic or polluted) can contaminate it.''

where can i buy sulfur rich black himalayan salt which is made in this manner?
