General Discussion / Raw Chicken Jerky ... Safe/How?
« Last post by jibrael on July 30, 2023, 11:37:45 am »
I consume raw chicken (as it does not give me gout attacks as beef does).

Now the question is if we can also make Jerky from raw chicken.

If yes, then what temperature should I set on my dehydrator to have raw chicken jerky?

To add:

The day I got the headache I didn’t notice until later that the air quality was bad that day from fires. But I stopped drinking the blood that day thinking headache was possibly from iron. So, I do not know if the body aches are from iron overload or from stopping drinking the blood.

Does anyone else have any experience with drinking raw blood daily? Derek? How often do you drink it?

One other note: 2 of the animals were a friends that we butchered at the same time. They didn’t want to keep the blood and they don’t eat raw. I should have marked which belonged to which but wondering if maybe it was just the blood from their animal since I’d opened a fresh jar on the third animal. Maybe they’d given some sort of meds or something and just didn’t tell me.

Since this was my first time slaughtering and butchering and my first time drinking blood, a lot of new experiences so I apologize for asking anything ignorant.

Health / Raw blood (lamb and goat)

Hey, everyone! Question/concern.

It’s been years in the making and I have finally slaughtered and butchered my first set of goats and lambs myself at home. Six animals in all. I collected the blood. I have drank about 1 cup a day for about 2 and 1/2 weeks. I am wondering if it’s possible to overload on iron.

I figure most people don’t have access to this much blood at once. I was trying to take it as slow as possible as this is my first time consuming raw blood. Halfway through the third week I got a headache and then I got body aches all over. This was after opening a new jar from the third animal.

Just wondering if the beach ache and body aches are an iron overload. I have consumed the blood from two entire animals in 2 and 1/2 weeks and about 1 cup from the third animal. Two sheep, one goat.

For reference, I am a woman and am relatively small and short in height.

I stopped consuming the blood one night when I got a headache (I never get them) and thought I better stop consuming it for awhile. The following four to five days have been a lot of body aches and some very slight abdominal pain. This is all unusual for me.

Could it be an overload of iron? Does anyone else have any experience with consuming large amounts of blood in a short time frame. I felt amazing until I didn’t.

Thanks for any feedback!

In my experience high amounts of dairy do not benefit hurt joints/tendons, i feel much better eating raw steaks.

You need to exercise the surrounding muscles and get them as strong as possible, there are pubmed studies which propose that signaling molecules will tell tendons to break down but the accompanying muscle can tell the tendon not to respond to those signals.

I injured my wrist and grip muscles in my hand some time back and starting with very light weight exercises just holding a dumbbell out straight with my arm moving to lifting heavier weights ive made a good recovery. If i go too long without working out then it can start to act up again but as long as the supporting muscles are strong it is well.

The enemy is repetitive movements using very small muscle groups, like working as a barista pouring milk from a jug repeatedly all day, these movements dont cause muscle gain and stress the tendons and joints. Work out the larger supporting muscle group in the area to the point of lactic acid build up and muscle gain.

General Discussion / Re: MASAI TRIBE AVERAGE LIFESPAN IS VERY LOW

Is this average lifespan taking into account a high infant mortality that is common in many ancestral cultures? My understanding has always been many die before the age of 1 but if you make it to adolescence a long life is expected.

I know at this point in modern day the masai are a very persecuted people as well, with land stolen from them forced to move from there traditional way of life in some regards.

I've heard similar claims about raw hemp leaves eaten like a salad. I don't know anything about either.

What are you talking about?

I guess you forget the nonsense you write pretty quickly.

The sad thing is that the Rich men who can afford hgh thyroid and testosterone properly executed HRT will be healthier and live better quality of life than any primal raw meat eater..

This is fact.

Reviving this topic on NICOTINE.

Tobacco plantations are plenty where I live now.

I've gotten interested in NICOTINE due to Dr Bryan Ardis explaining humans have nicotine receptors and he takes 2mg of nicotine patches daily due to some alleged aerosolized manufactured various poisons spread through the air by NWO evil entities in aid of the COVID scam.

Dr Ardis says nicotine neutralizes poisons.

He does nicotine patches.

Green tobacco leaves and dried tobacco leaves are plentiful here where I live.

How do you consume green tobacco leaves?  Any tips?

The danger of natural tobacco is greatly exagerrated. Cigarettes generally contain no tobacco since they are half gmo tobacco and half poisonous chemicals.

That said smoking even natural tobacco is unhealthy.

A healthy way to consume tobacco is in its fully raw, non gmo state, green leaves. Lots of health benefits from that, especially for ex smokers. Most likely will need to grow your own.

I still don't understand how the supplies are admissible. They have nothing to do with the reason they gave to get the judge to sign the search order, do they?

And they're not even charging you for the supposed crime that was the justification they used for the raid. Will your attourney file a motion to dismiss, or whatever the legal name for such proceeding is? And does he have to wait until the date of the trial for this?

I will repeat here what I already told you, nobody is preventing you from speaking out about this, unless and until they put you behind bars. You don't have to make an international case out of this if it's not necessary to get you to walk. That's a very risky move and I would even say it's probably contrary to your goals, if your goal is to shine a light on the bug hoax and not bring down the pharma establishment as a whole..

You seem to be trying to slay two dragons at once, all while fighting for your own safety and survival. I will again suggest you pick your fights wisely, and live to fight another day.

Best of luck either way, and let us know how this proceeds and if you need any help.
