Whilst it would make more sense to look up or learn from people of a social status or a scientific association, I do believe that every new 'trend' or new diet sometimes needs the gurus, the ideologists or the show-offs, in order for a good idea, such as carnivourism, to spread and become more popular. I strongly doubt that if the German Nutrition Association DGE would do videos on youtube, many people would watch them. Considering that social media is one of the most effective tools to get things across. Instead, you have people like Sv3rige, which through their straightforward and sometimes radical approach, have more powerful abilities to spread "the message" of a good diet, rather than any 'well behaved' person or institution could ever achieve. So after the signal has been received, people will start to do their own research and that would be the time were the DGE or whichever institution has the evidence, should be able to show the scientific facts. Common people will always listen to the 'populists' first. Reasonable people are often considered boring and not worth listening to, at least by the masses. And these are the people that need to be reached.

Exactly. People like Sv3rige are opening up the door for new people that entertain a more scientific approach. It's merely a matter of time now until a famous person tries this diet and reports the positive effects. The dominos have been set into motion.

It's also worth noting that you very rarely have people going back to normal diets when they had a taste of a raw meat diet. The difference in health is so big that reverting back to old ways simply is not an option. The surge in popularity is by all means not just a trend, it's the start of something even bigger.

I think the raw/cooked carnivore diet will grow hard the coming years. More and more ex-vegans are turning to all meat diets.
A raw carnivore facebook group I am in has gained 200 members in 7 days.

Can you tell Primal Edge Health that you drink blood?
He made a remark about drinking blood being ''degeneracy'' on an instagram page of an ex-vegan.
It just seems so unlike Tristan from what I've seen from him.
Maybe you can open his mind about the subject, after all, he is interested enough in your story to invite you to his podcast.

Primal Diet / Eating Stomach For Candida - Tips/Experiences?
« on: November 21, 2018, 07:45:25 am »

I am going to try and eat some stomach, I might incorporate it in my diet more often if it's succesful.
Reason being I am curing candida and I have noticed that when I kill a lot of candida my stomach acid is not as strong as it is normally.
This results in having sleepless nights because of magnesium malabsorption, low sex drive and a sort of depression emotionally.
I know that when I don't kill candida for a week and let my system clean out all the candida, I revitalise and lose all the symptoms I've listed above. The progress has already been made so to say, but because I don't support my stomach I don't feel the results of it.

This is why I want to start eating animal stomachs, to help my own and to make the candida die-off detox more pleasant and easier.

Does anyone have experience with eating stomach? anything I should look out for or anything I should ask my butcher?

Health / Re: BAD BREATH - What to do?
« on: November 19, 2018, 07:42:19 pm »
It's always gut problems. It's your gut rebalancing bacteria. It should go away after a couple of months/a year, depending on your situation. With high meat it should go away faster.

I have the same symptoms but i'm only eating raw meat raw liver and raw heart, that should give me all the nutrients i need so i think its something else, maybe detox effect from raw meat cleaning up the system?

I think this is the case yes, try to get some more mineral rich foods in your diet such as glands, brain or testicles.
The dark circles should go away after some months.

Welcome! Hope you will find the answers that you need to achieve true health on here!

What guy was your sister talking about? was it Sv3rige?

A tip I have for insomnia is definitely to eat mineral rich foods. Try to source a thymus gland (it's a delicacy where I live, so it should be doable for you) it contains lots of minerals and hormones that will help you get into your circadian rhythm.
Another tip I have is to eat organs as often as you can. Raw muscle meat is good and a whole different world than plant foods, but organs are truly magical. They will heal you in ways you didn't even know were necessary.

As Van said, mention something about this idea that 'modernity' has got everything figured out. People are born with the idea that there is nothing left to explore. That's why so many people mean drugs and other unhealthy stuff when they tell you to 'live a little'.

Modernity made us sick and disconnected from what life really is about. As Weston Price put it: 'Life in all it's fullness is Mother Nature obeyed.'

It looks like the interview might take place sometime on monday, still waiting for exact time confirmation.

I would be open to any other bright ideas regarding what information would best be shared with what seems like a mostly cooked keto host and audience?

Mention something about raw meat being even more healthy than cooked keto/zero carb. An explanation mentioning that most people transition like this: (vegan) standard diet > ketogenic diet > zero carb diet > raw primal/paleo. The health benefits of raw meat are just even better than cooked meat. I know that will do well with the cooked meat diets.

Journals / Re: Good experiences with raw grainfed org chicken

I have yet to try that organic chicken that Sv3rige was eating in the Netherlands. Guess it's still a psychological thing.

Why not make a real journal? Right now you are posting every experience in a serperate post.

General Discussion / Re: First Video on Eating Raw Meat
« on: August 11, 2018, 05:51:01 am »
Subbed, make a video about high meat maybe?

Never heard of it, though it really sounds like you are just healing. The heart racing can be a good thing, it's a psychological fear that is your anxiety. Maybe just accept it? It will probably decrease over time. If it doesn't then report back.

Personally I´m currently doing a mixed cooked/raw carni diet since 2 weeks and already see big changes, which I think I could accelerate if I´d cut out raw dairy and eggs, since these are carbs, hence sugar which feeds the candida. So just eating meats with plenty of fats including organs would be the best IMO. No veggies or fruits. If u do that, depending on your overgrowth, then I think you can fix this issue within maybe a month or shorter. Will do another candida retest in some time, curious what my levels became.

Candida is not curable in 1 month, that's just a lie. I've been eating 95% raw paleo for the last 4 months and have seen decent amount of progress, though I am not near being cured after these months.

The terrible thing about candida is that as you kill the overgrowth, you will get the same symptoms that you have been suffering from, although often to a lesser extent. For this reason it can seem like you are making next to no progress. However, I found that when I quit the diet and ate 'normally' again (a SAD, that is) the toxicity in my body caused by the die-off would go away. Resulting in me feeling the results of my anti-candida lifestyle for the first time. I gotta say, I hadn't felt so good since I was a child, making me exciting that it's only gonna be better in the future.

I found that a zero-carb or low-carb diet, including lots of raw animal foods + seafood is the best to deal with candida. Eating high meat would definitely increase the healing speed, considering candida affects the gut as well and you need to feed your own gut biome to get it back up to normal healthy flora. My guess still is, though, that candida is beatable within a year in serious cases, and even faster in less serious cases.

Question to Sabretooth: at what time did you gain weight again? how far into the diet? I've just went from 70 to 76 kg in a couple of days but it could also just be due to the fact I've been with my parents eating shit here and there.

You can check out my Journal in the journal section of the forum, I've been fighting candida on this diet with positive results. I've only been doing this diet for 4 months, so the candida isn't fully gone yet. It will definitely go away over time though, I think it takes around a year on average.

If you have any questions after reading my journal I will be happy to answer them!

You seem awefully naive if you don't know about people with ill intent that know how to navigate the internet. On a website where ''crazy'' individuals on the internet are displayed and discussed, my name was linked to that of Sv3rige and I was said to be his ''pupil''. They claimed I was brainwashed as a child and now partake in some sort of raw meat eating cult. All of this is bullshit and framing ofcourse, but it makes you wonder what kind of damage those people can do if they really want to ruin your life.

If I just use my real life name then my future boss might end up finding me on here. I'm just being careful, if people want to take you down for whatever reason, this website might help them.

Athens has lots of organic supermarkets. I know a friend who ate raw meat from those places. Just make sure they are organic/biological! It should be easy in Athens.

Raw meat meeting, I figured you guys would like to see others eating this way. It also features some philosophical debates and conspiracy stuff.

Let's play a game. Which person in the video do you guys think I am?

when I get a box of chicken livers there is also a big variation in colour. Not saying it's normal for beef/kidneys but it's something to keep in mind.

Journals / Re: Dingeman's Journal
« on: July 12, 2018, 05:13:10 am »
I haven't updated in quite a while, but I'm still healing and have done so for the last couple of months so I figured it was about time that I updated this journal.

At the moment I've changed my diet to eating exclusively raw ground beef + back fat, while eating 300-500g of chicken/veal/beef liver every other day. The reason why I started eating the liver was because I couldn't get rid of all the candida toxins swerving around in my blood in a normal way. The raw meat would get those toxins in my system (meaning my body is slowly cleaning up) but the fat didn't take care of the toxins enough that I didn't suffer too much from symptoms.

You see, the anxiety that I get when I am full of candida toxins is unbearable. I start to overthink everything and also have to take a nap because I can get very tired all of a sudden, this usually happens in the afternoon (probably because of my body being overloaded by candida die-off/toxins). Eating liver quickly alleviates these symptoms, which has probably something to do with candida-induced free-radicals being cleaned up by the raw liver that I consume. I found a source for organic chicken livers that is rather cheap and usually in stock, so I should be able to maintain liver consumption for the time being.

That being said, I have noticed some signs that I've healed quite a bit from candida (or whatever is causing my issues). The first thing that I got when I started the raw primal/paleo diet was shaking and wobbling all over my body. Lots of people on the candida diet forum attested to this saying they had the same bodily sensation when they started the diet. It persisted and still persists for months but has slowly been decreasing in scale. I now only feel like 5/10 wobbles when I eat raw meat whereas I would feel around 30/50 wobbles when I started this way of eating. I figured this is my body slowly being cleaned of the candida, as toxins are expelled.

Another healing sign has been the enjoyment of music. Somewhere around 2 months ago I reached a new 'level' of music enjoyment - and all art/life enjoyment, for that matter - making me come to the conclusion that what I am doing is working and worth it. The whole reason I started this way of eating/experimenting with diet was because of depression, so seeing results in that field is definitely a very important development in my journey to health.

I am not sure if other people that healed candida had the same problems as I had. With that I mean the idea that as candida dies, the toxins circulate in the bloodstream, resulting in my candida symptoms being very active and sometimes even as bad as when I started this diet. I hope that when I mostly get rid of excess candida, my symptoms will all be gone at the same time, that would support my theory of candida toxins constantly being released as you fight the disease.

I hope I can report back to you guys in some time with more positive results. Even though it sometimes the diet can seem pointless because my symptoms just seem to return, there are always other days where I feel better than I've felt in a very long time, reminding me that I am slowly getting better.

Health / Re: Liver problems, high cholesterol - NEED HELP
« on: June 24, 2018, 08:09:45 pm »
Hey guys, I figured out I had problems due to toxicity from killing too much candida toxins at once without making them leave the body properly. I solved this problem by eating less raw meat and more raw fat, while also eating raw liver every 2/3 days.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: My current diet
« on: June 05, 2018, 07:00:46 pm »
I don't see any fat that you eat. Eating 1 kg of meat is too much, you want to eat like 600g and fill the rest with fat.

Science / Re: Absurd theory:- Cave-artists were autistic
« on: May 28, 2018, 12:02:05 am »
So then it's not fake, but rather a disease/syndrome caused by consumption of cooked/plant/processed foods. I had a childhood friend who had aspergers, it wasn't fake. I definitely could notice when his autism would act up and his parents found out he was autistic when he was only the age of 3 or 4. The mother noticed that my friend didn't make as much contact with her as other kids did with their parents.

Primal Diet / Re: Aajonus' Conspiracy Theories
« on: May 27, 2018, 08:09:56 pm »
I think it's always amusing about these conspiracy theories,, that  the 'they' are the 'you'.   Everyone drinks the fluoridated water, everyone eats the glycosides, everyone is affected by chemtrails, everyone is harmed by mono crop farming, everyone gets blood sugar problems from carbs and sugar....    The 'they' wanting to create a weaker race are weakening themselves.

This is the reason why I don't believe in a big conspiracy. Things just got out of hand when people realised grain/agriculture was an easy way to inflate population numbers. The world still suffers from this 'invention' to this day. It's human stupidity/humans being disconnected from nature.
